It’s been two years since Reita passed. I thought I’d be able to handle my feelings well, but the band imploding so badly last month brought back a lot of the vulnerability.

Reita, I miss you. I wish you were here and none of this had ever happened. Sometimes I forget, and then I feel guilty that I forgot.

I hate that it’s come to this - death, member fallouts, everything being so uncertain and fragile…

But I’ll still love them all. I’ll still cherish the good memories. That’s why I wore my Snaked Lows ring today: not necessarily to mourn, but to remember what it’s like to love and believe 💛
