"Then why don’t you go and do that." Giving the other leverage to do as he wanted, his tail shifted from left and right. To be married to someone who couldn’t even remain faithful. Which he found through the number of women that he wanted. It was something that even he wouldn’t want to deal with. As a King, to jump around from bed to bed was rather unsightly and from a look at this one. It was probably the only thing he knew how to do. Even though he wasn’t back home and his status of King was gone, he was still royalty. His fur was of the pure white line, the line that had massacred so many humans and animals in cold blood.
Ears twitching up in the alarm notion that he was being named, “Don’t name me anything, I have one I just don’t believe you worthy to know it.” From this, the cat had almost knocked down his crown but luckily he wasn’t that shocked for his ears to do so. "That name sounds as pathetic as you, I would never allow someone like you to name me." If this person was worth it, Mejojo would take in the ideal of this to be his… fated partner. Though, from what he was seeing and how the other acted, he’d rather replace him with someone else. Like the person he was to be marrying at this point.
"If you think I hold no understanding, you are completely wrong. I have been taught and I know enough, there is nothing new that you could teach me." Even his amount of sarcasm and laughter was beginning to get on the royal’s nerves. At a turn of his heel, he was ready to dismiss himself from the room and find whatever room he was to be sleeping in. Though sadly, even in this male’s sarcastic attitude, Mejojo turned his head to see that the male had sat up and as of now, had tails of his own that were placed together and there for him to see. Obviously this was done to get under his skin for being wrong, "Then I guess you want me to ask what you are then."
"Then I’m waiting, if you’re useful to me, expose yourself. What are you to be?" Giving the other another chance as his gaze fell down towards the others own. The cape he wore around his body slightly shifted down his body only because he had yet to pull it off. At a moment like this, he’s willing to end conversation and go back to doing work which he was normally seen doing. "If you believe your sarcasm would get to me, I’m sorry that it was a failure. Fail me again and I’m sure I’ll have you removed. So like I said, what are you?"
If he could just go do that, Hakutaku might have already. Unfortunately, he had already tried, and it didn't work out. On the way over, he might have hit on a few girls who were under the impression that he was "lost", but they all seem pretty dedicated to this false idea of a marriage, and so he didn't get away with anything. It was disappointing, really, but if they didn't want to play around with him, then he had to respect that and move on. Of course, everyone else's opinions were different, so there might have been a girl out there who wasn't so stuck on being loyal, but he didn't really want to risk getting rejected again so soon. Even he had a bit of pride, after all.
"I can't," he answered simply, shrugging his shoulders as he changed his position again. Now crawling across the couch, he stopped to rest his hands on the arm of the couch that was closest to Mejojo. Maybe the other wanted to escape, but Hakutaku wasn't going to let that happen so soon. If he was going to be stuck with him, whether they accepted the marriage or not, he was at least going to attempt and get the feline used to him already. He just couldn't stand living his life with someone so picky even for a short amount of time. "But anyway.."
Wrinkling his nose at him, he settled down after a moment and laughed again, shortly this time. Honestly.. this guy was too much. "Let me? I wasn't giving you a choice, really." Leaning forwards a bit as he spoke, Hakutaku tilted his head to the side. "I'll call you it if I want to.. At least until you tell me your actual name, so it might benefit to hurry up and give it to me, you know." Hakutaku didn't have to listen to this guy in the end and he wanted him to learn that quickly.
Eugh. Mejojo wanted to know what he was, but he had to ask so rudely.. Well, even though he had no obligations to answer, he wasn't super snooty like the shorter of the two, so he just sighed and lowered his shoulders. "Well, I'm nothing like you, that's for sure." Knowing that the other wouldn't be satisfied with just that, Hakutaku went on after a pause. "I'm not worried about you getting rid of me, by the way. But, back to the subject, I'm from Heaven-- the Chinese one, that is. If you haven't heard of me, you'll have to look it up. I'm more commonly known as Bai Ze. I even have my own Wikipedia page, you know! Although... it's seriously too short. Maybe you can edit it and make it longer after you fall in love with me." Again, he was only teasing-- or was he? Who knew.
