Hey so btw tumblr is sending out surveys to some premium users about possible added features. Some of the options they're considering are actually very exciting! Like the ability to save posts/have specific content feeds!

If you get this survey, do fill it out! This sorta direct high-priority-user feedback is what companies actually listen to. So if you do get the survey link, here are a couple of suggestions from my little ex-business-major soap box:

-Answer the "possible features" ranking honestly, don't "I expect everything". They want to know priorities, and odds are something needs to get cut/left undeveloped

-At the end theres text boxes for user feedback, THIS IS WHERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MODERATION AND BLOG DELETION. I did "honestly I just use premium because I can spare a few dollars and value an ad free experience. You do need to focus your resources on content moderation, because an incredibly high number of posts get incorrectly marked as mature, and hate-campaigns against marginalized users lead to people getting their blogs unfairly deleted. This has caused me to question continuing my financial support of the site."

-key points are really just don't all caps/cuss them out in the comments box. Its tempting I know, but that's how to get removed from the data set, remember theres a person reading these. Also, threaten finances, they are obviously trying to gain more premium subscribers, the last things they want to do is lose existing ones.

Thanks for humoring my soapbox, I know no one wants to hear "calmly and respectfully tell them whats wrong" but in terms of direct customer feedback surveys, they're already listening, don't give them a reason to discredit you.
