So, the other day @cassiope25 let me know that Wayback doesn't always save links. They tend to disappear. I'm sure there's something about this in their CDP but even if there isn't, it's an important observation. At present, it's the best way to preserve old fics for public consumption and I will continue to save links there.

HOWEVER, you should know that there are a few websites & people who maintain private collections too (Cass, Squidge, and a few others). Maintaining those collections takes time and money. Sharing those saved stories with the rest of us is incredibly generous of them and this post is a giant

Did you know that there's a scene where one Marine has a Swedish flag in his arm?

There's a number of Asian dudes that appear in the control room scenes. Why not a fic where they complain about stereotypes?

Or that Greek Scientist with a crush on Teyla?

Carson is always handing clipboards to people. Who are they? What's their story?

Hell, I'll take wtf is with this furniture fic! The tiny beds, the meeting room tables with bars sticking out at crotch level, the consols that lack adequate snacking surface, that awful swish-ding chime that emits from every goddamn panel and door.
