I’m an international adoptee from Eger, Hungary. My original birth certificate is still in Hungary and I am not allowed to have access to it. It will remain sealed. This is common among closed & international adoptions to protect the *identity* of birth parents. Is this fair to adoptees?

Keep reminding yourself you are worthy of everything your heart desires because you are.

Adoption isn’t a concept and there is more to it than it being a social solution.
