The fact that conor couldn't let kel to be punished even if he might have done everything they accused him of because he loves him

The fact that kel thought that conor was going to kill him and he never resisted

And he fell thinking conor wanted him dead

The fact that conor gave the amulet to kel to be safe always when he is in grave danger himself

Just the love and loyalty in this story
