Hello and happy Turn week!!

For Day one I did a quick, short fic for some Hewlett/ Anna Strong lovers.

Because natch, Hewlett is my favorite Loyalist with Ensign Baker coming in as a strong second.

TITLE: Love Letters

Word Count: 1,055

Summary: She is truly a remarkable woman. A goddess in her own rights. I have…spoken to her about this. It is not something I confess willingly. You see, I am a man who serves only two beings in this world: The King and God. And when I say this a confession, I do so with the passion of someone who has only known of love once before.

I am fond of her.

Hey hey hey hey! As ever, I’m a day late and a dollar short on things that are just, insanely good, but I’ve found myself falling head first into the Turn: Washington’s Spies fandom. While I know sadly the show is over and the fandom has gone super silent as of late, I thought, why not make a discord server and see if we can find some people looking to rekindle their love of Turn? 

So yeah! I’ve gone ahead and made this cool server for people to share fics, art, sigh over the bedroom eyes papa washington gave ben and lafayette and hamilton, and just, enjoy some company!

I finished Turn and I loved it. I mean on one hand it’s a brilliant telling of the US revolutionary war and the importance of the spies during that time and on the other it’s one man trying to avenge the death of his murdered horse for 3 seasons and ultimately failing because he thinks the horse wouldn’t have wanted him to be a killer.
