My great grandmothers name was Jeanne Lysik, and she was an artist. She was also a vegetable farmer, a skilled baker, sewed half the clothes her kids and grandkids wore, and she worked in a hat factory. Tonight I used some of her old art supplies, lard oil mixed with some refined gold powder. It's really strange how using what someone loved can make you feel so connected to them. It feels like she's passing her passion down to me ❤️❤️❤️.
