I literally stared at this for 5 minutes trying to figure out what this card does, or if I had misread something. Then I realized that this person probably also wanted to return the enchanted permanent but just left that out, leaving us… this.
It’s entirely possible the point of the card is to do nothing, since the name seems to be a play on the phrase “what do I do with this?”
