Not giving him time after debriefing or any aftercare and sending him back out on a mission, still anxious and jumpy from the one with no break
Demanding to know what Blurr would do for the cause: Shockwave asking if he would put up with terrible nsfw acts and degregation where Blurr has to agree because longarm is his boss and hes a loyal autobot
Having him do unnecessary missions like being a stripper to give a target a USB, but there are easier ways to do it and blurr knows
Having blurr send him constant updates but not even reading them
Insisting on designing mods for blurr when hes undercover, but they're horribly revealing (no spy would do that would they)
Casually asking him about intimacy and his serving off schedule for the mission with blurr Having to tell him every time he jerked it

Love the idea of vortex Blurr being like, Shockwave making blurr get dressed up for missions
Consider Longarm calling Blurr to check in on his stress levels, doing some little test over a comm call & insisting on guiding Blurr through some stress relief / jerk off instructions 🤭
Oh and the sending him on missions with no wind down or debrief in-betweens & then hiring other cons to attack blurr, maybe it started as him trying to get rid of the agent but then he became enthralled by his ability to survive the encounters,
One time Blurr is captured by the cons and Longarm has to stage a rescue mission, not before Shockwave gets to have a taste though 🤭
Taking advantage of Blurr's isolation from other bots too, he's only got 2 friends
Blurr is said to spend months in alt on some missions so imagine Longarm insisting they do some training to make sure he can stay in alt through anything
Kicking him, inappropriate touching, or just torture/inttergation training in general, got to make sure he won't break character
Maybe hooking him up to a fucking machine & leaving him there for days to test his endurance, on an energon iv with a sensor so it only gives him energon when he's low enough he's on the verge of passing out, or maybe through a spike gag he's gotta suck on to drink energon from,
Turning his sensory horn up to maximise sensitivity & subjecting him to strong radio blasts, starts off as a relatively normal mix of radio samples then becomes pretty clear Longarm is playing porn & then scolds Blurr for reacting to it
Probably insists on exposing Blurr to a number of common or unusual viruses as part of endurance or mission readiness training so he can be truthful if he's ever asked if he got some common local illness while on a mission, or notice when someone has infected him with malware
Maybe a virus that messes with his sensitivity settings turning his node to max behind his panels & replaying ghost inputs/sensation memories of being touched
Ooh imagine Shockwave writes up all of Blurr's cover stories when he goes undercover in neutral, organic, or con space
Shockwave making him get all kinds of mods that are illegal &/or taboo on cybertron to "lend credibility" to his cover & "just in case" he needs to seduce a target or gets assaulted
Maybe he makes Blurr demonstrate he knows how to use the mods before he's allowed to go on his missions
I'm thinking stuff like, piercings, electromagnets, knots, heck maybe spines on his spike, calipers/graspers in/around his valve, maybe a vibrating mod, or an electrostim mod, bluetooth/long distance connect to a false valve or spike🤭 the possibilities are endless
Every time he gets a new baffle (contraceptive implant) installing Longarm insists they test it to make sure it's working
Using the bluetooth valve or spike to send coded messages when deep in enemy territory 🤭 or as training to make sure he won't break character, Blurr sitting there doing paperwork when suddenly he feels a stylus in his valve cos Longarm has 'absentmindedly' put a stylus into the false valve that he keeps next to his stylus pot in the draw on his desk
Oh what about missions that involve using hardlining or spark merging with informants or as a method of secure data transfer for debriefing other agents or post mission debrief, 'Longarm' running as a virtual machine within Shockwave's body/mind/spark & them both dancing around it
Blurr wants to pry past the virtual machine but knows he's not allowed, of course the head of intelligence would have to take precautions like that, he can't risk field agents taking sensitive data back out with them into dangerous situations
