Another by Itō Jakuchu. Truly this genre is some of the greatest art of the last two centuries.

German screen star Horst Buchholz, who was often referred to as "the German James Dean", as aspiring artist Dino in the Embassy Pictures/Damiano Damiani Italian drama The Empty Canvas (aka in Italian: La noia, meaning 'Boredom'), 1963. Photo one is a publicity portrait for the film, photo two is a candid photo of Horst on set during production in Italy, and photos three and four show Hollywood legend Bette Davis, who played Horst's eccentric and wealthy American mother in the movie. An international heartthrob during his heyday due to his good looks and seductive bedroom eyes, Horst was openly bisexual ("Yes, I also love men. Ultimately, I'm bisexual. I have always lived my life the way I wanted", he once stated in an interview), but he defied the odds during the less enlightened latter 20th century and appeared in starring roles in a number of notable international and Hollywood films during his five decade long career, including Tiger Bay (1959) with both John and Hayley Mills, The Magnificent Seven (1960) with Yul Brynner and Steve McQueen, Billy Wilder's One, Two, Three (1961) with James Cagney, Nine Hours to Rama (1963) with José Ferrer, Avalanche Express (1979) with Lee Marvin and Linda Evans, and Sahara (1983) with Brooke Shields. On American television, Horst had guest-starring roles in the series Logan's Run (1977), Charlies Angels (1978), and Fantasy Island (1978). He also appeared with an all-star cast in the NBC TV movie Raid on Entebbe (1977), the mini-series The French Atlantic Affair (1979) with Telly Savalas and Shelley Winters, and the mini-series Crossings (1986) with Cheryl Ladd. In his later life, Horst co-starred in the Academy Award winning film Life Is Beautiful in 1997 before his passing at the age of 69 in 2003.
