The Difference Between a Profile and a Person

Good news, fellow artists! Nightshade has finally been released by the UChicago team! If you aren't aware of what Nightshade is, it's a tool that helps poison AI datasets so that the model "sees" something different from what an image actually depicts. It's the same team that released Glaze, which helps protect art against style mimicry (aka those finetuned models that try to rip off a specific artist). As they show in their paper, even a hundred poisoned concepts make a huge difference.

(Reminder that glazing your art is more important than nighshading it, as they mention in their tweets above, so when you're uploading your art, try to glaze it at the very least.)

Hilson strangers - first meeting - homeless au:

Wilson and House have never met before. They both went to medical school and became doctors, but they work at different hospitals.

At some point before meeting Wilson, House loses his medical license and eventually winds up homeless. Maybe his pain killer addiction played a part (it depends on whether or not you want to delve into the subject).

Wilson is still an oncologist like he is in canon. One day he happens upon homeless!House somewhere. Maybe he has a sign asking for money. Maybe he isn't asking, but Wilson can still tell. Being the empathetic, bleeding heart that he is in canon, Wilson can't help but convince House to come home with him. House is resistant to accepting charity, but Wilson some how convinces him.

H: "What do you want from me?"

W: Nothing. Just to know that you aren't outside freezing to death. And maybe your name.

H: Greg.

W: "Greg. Is there a last name to go with that?"

H:"Nah, just Greg. Like Madonna, or Cher."

Eventually Wilson finds out House's last name and finally recognizes him as the brilliant doctor who lost his license and then dropped off the map.
