yeah mainly pony hindlegs! i suck at them

im by no means an expert or authority but after a lot of years of drawing ponies i think ive mostly got the anatomy down. the easiest way for me over the years has been to break the hind legs down into basic shapes : circles + tubes. it will behoove you (hehh) to look a little into real horses legs and their range of motion because once you know the rules, you can simplify them for your purposes.

eventually it does get easier! sorry im a bad teacher. maybe this will help at least a little

Do you want some G3esque art of your ponysona or OC in a playful pose? I’m taking “Your Character Here” commissions with this base! $15 for a pony, but an extra $5 if they have a different manestyle. Vectors of CMs aren’t necessary but appreciated! Shy and baby poses are in the works.

There’s also mlpland.com! You can search for a pony’s symbol (like ‘heart’ or ‘stars’) and it will show all ponies with those symbols (you can also limit it to generation, like you have a g3 pony with a cake symbol you can search for that) so you can find the name of the one you have! Just choose english and then Pony Identification and you’re good to go!
