My sons and my husband woke me up with the mañanitas, and Patrick really wanted me to get his toy I had put in the kitchen! I came to the kitchen to find this in the table. My kind of #transformationtuesday my happy face says it all! I ran total 11 min. 8 min non stop and then 3 more minutes. I feel strong I feel capable to do anything. The hard work is paying off and I'm pushing my self to do more and finding out I'm able to do things I though I county do! I RAN I RAN!!!!! I haven't run in decades. So I hate cardio machines and I had to do 30 min cardio 😕 and went to the elliptical for 15 and I was like f* this I'm leaving got down I talked to myself come at least walk so I started walking and I pumped the speed up and run.
