Guess what guys I've drafted the circulatory and biological changes Izuku goes through when bitten!! This is not yet going into the mutations his eyes go through and does not go into details on how he grows the hair nor the venom sacks or fangs nor how his appearance changes as they will be in later mutation drafts
Mutation progression focused mutations:
• Result of transformation=No actual height growth (stunted by spider traits and nutrient demands)
• Rubber-like bones with a bending mechanism(controlled by neuromuscular systems)
• Marrow mutation(cause marrow where the blood grow cause of da haemocyanin addition)
• Hoarding may expand to include high-calorie foods to sustain energy.
• Early instinctual perching, or seeking elevated surfaces.(why? Idk it just kinda makes sense)
Day 11–14: Early functional changes:
• Marrow and cardiovascular systems starting to balance; some oxygen delivery improves.
• Rubber bones now partially controllable — stiffness flexes with conscious and unconscious signals.(he confused as all fuck btw and is starting to come to a conclusion but bro does he not want to)
• Muscles overcompensate, causing cramps and spasms.
• Fever persists intermittently; malaise and nausea can continue.
• Silk glands begin producing tiny droplets if wrists are stimulated or stressed.(why his wrists jizzing???—izuku)
• Pain: 6–7/10 (internal aches plus neural feedback from flexible skeleton).
Behavioral notes:
• Sleep often fragmented; instinctive rest periods increase.
• Heart, marrow, and blood fully engage dual oxygen system but still taxing.
• Fever peaks intermittently, often triggered by movement or stress.
• Rubber bones mostly functional; bending can now occur consciously. Over-flexing still causes sharp deep-tissue twinges.(hasn't quite figured out how to yet tho)
• Muscles and tendons constantly adjusting to new skeletal properties; fatigue is severe.
• Silk glands can produce measurable threads; wrists may sweat protein-rich fluid for silk.
• Pain: 7–9/10 during fever spikes and movement-intensive periods.
Behavioral abnormalities:
• Hoarding continues; body may instinctively prioritize dense proteins and minerals over anything else.
• Movement awkward, careful; reflexes improving gradually.
• High sensitivity to temperature; even mild cold causes limb stiffness, deep bone ache.
Day 29–34: Stabilization phase (early):
• Flu-like fever less constant but still present in waves.
• Cardiovascular system more stable; heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations reduce.
• Rubber bones fully integrated with neuromuscular control; bending is now intentional and smooth.(figured it out though sheer willpower)
I saw someone on tiktok make these eternal dandelions where you take a small wire and run it through the hole in the stem of a dandelion that’s just about to seed/puff and attach them to a stick or something as your base and then cover them to protect the puff and you have a forever dandelion.
I decorated them with preserved insects I found a long with dry dead stuff from my yard
So I made a few of my own for fun
I am just now waiting for them to completely open
Reminds me of the fun little stuff I would do as a kid
Forgot to update this that my dandelions finally opened(I did have to crack them open as they dried due to moisture build up from the dandelions releasing it while they puffed cause these aren’t domes so they seal more tightly)
But they turned out so good! Some came out a bit funny as I didn’t take into account the narrow neck of the jars
Showing vulnerability is a core part of driving the plot or character development, whether they're building relationships or force them to make choices they wouldn't normally do.
Exposing your character's doubts and insecurities shows the reader that your character is real and has depth.
Here are 20 ways you can create tension by showing vulnerability in your characters through actions:
Letting someone see them exhausted instead of pretending they’re fine.
Admitting they don’t know what they’re doing and not joking about it.
Whispering secrets to objects instead of people.
Holding back tears, not because they’re strong, but because they’re scared.
Accepting help and apologizing for it at the same time.
Taking a deep breath before speaking, as if bracing for impact.
Sitting closer than necessary, then freezing when noticed.
Saying “you don’t have to” when they desperately want them to stay.
Letting their voice crack.
Sharing something small first, testing the ground. Alternatively, sharing small joys to test if it's safe to share bigger ones.
Watching the other person’s reaction instead of finishing the sentence.
Fidgeting with sleeves, rings, or scars they usually hide.
Letting silence stretch instead of filling it with humour.
Admitting they were hurt without assigning blame.
Avoiding eye contact while speaking about something personal.
Trusting someone with a truth they don’t fully understand yet.
Hesitating before touching, afraid of rejection. Their hands hang in the air for a moment as if waiting for permission.
Saying “I don’t want to be alone” instead of “I’m fine.”
Letting someone touch them in a way they usually resist.
Smiling through pain, hoping no one notices the cracks.
Y'all for real please do these. Even if you're certain your posture doesn't suck. One day you will wake up with impinged shoulder pain like I did and let me tell you it fucking HURTS. Do these exercises even just once a week and it will make such a difference. Especially my fellow creatives out there, stop shrimping over your work and go do these right now. RIGHT NOW.
FYI, since my mixed cerebral palsy gives me shoulder pronation, instability, and spasticity, I need to modify in multiple ways. Don't be afraid to modify anything. Even if you don't think you need accommodation.
(my father needed surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome and I want to avoid it)
Nah. Cause this is really ironic, there is a bush fire where I live that's been going on for over a week(I live in the country) and we've been in the red zones a couple of times, and we've almost had to evacuate but we didn't cause we were like "eh, it's fine." So yeah, my family are tag teaming throughout the night.
I feel like Sirius is the obvious dirty talker. Like we all know he'd push Remus up against the wall in an empty corridor while grinding against him and whispering/moaning the most sinful shit in his ear.
But then there's Remus.
Remus is the one that no one thought would ever in a million years think like that let alone speak out loud in front of people like that.
So that's why Remus couldn't help smirking when Sirius, who was extremely frustrated over a particularly difficult of Transfiguration homework, yelled "FUCK ME!" he walked up behind the couch Sirius was sitting on, wrapped his long, thin, scarred fingers around Sirius's throat and said loud enough for the entire Common Room to hear, "Well, how can I resist when you beg so nicely."
