i love this! i'll go ahead and post mine for yesterday:

breakfast: protein bar with cold-pressed pineapple/cranberry/lemon/ginger juice

lunch: chicken salad sandwich on whole grain with fresh fruit

dinner: Chicken with pasta and baby carrots

i snacked a little and i had a donut (oops) but I met my goal of adding fruit/veg to my main meals :)
