Chp. 246 came out along with a colored title page including itadori's arms, and they do not look like what I've drawn. Oops. Guess it's a concept.

So...

Looking back I just realized that Itadori may have consumed the death paintings. They went to Tengen's, Choso wanted to retrieve them and came back (alive of course). Guess he wanted Itadori to have their powers to use for the battle

I thought that were initially talking about Eso and Kechizu; but they were already over that a while back.

You can see in the newest chapter (chp.238) that his arms and hands are...different...? it's either because Itadori is seeped in Sukuna's cursed energy (like they mentioned even after Sukuna escaped his body) and he's finally able to control and use that energy OR like i said: the death paintings that was possibly consumed. Or both perhaps!

Also, some people already lost hope in helping Megumi, but here they implied they already have ideas...
