I have to have a very difficult conversation with my presumedly unavailable available kinda partner coworker either tonight or tomorrow and I’m stressed about it
My presumedly unavailable coworker who is now available is also my kinda sorta partner now
My presumedly unavailable coworker is definitely available and kissed me today
Well, I’m staying another three months (at least) and my presumedly unavailable coworker is now presumedly available.
top 9 facts about yourself you probably already knew:
#9: on March 17th, 2026 you will bear witness to the mangled corpse of God
Oh boy todays the day!
I dunno about god but last night we definitely had a stand off to produce a mangled corpse one way or another
What?
No, What's on second.
Of course. It’s so typical of me to develop a crush on my (presumedly unavailable) coworker less than three months before I move away permanently.
Well, in today’s news I’ve been accepted into a masters program
I told my best friend (who I consider a sibling) that I applied to universities in Europe yesterday. They told their partner (who I also consider a sibling, but more of a sibling in law than sibling-sibling) who is currently in the process of emigrating to Canada that I’m possibly leaving the country for school and their response was “does penguin hate us???” Apparently they were making plans for living here that also included me as part of their transition/adaption period and I have foiled them by moving away (temporarily) while they move here.
The ending to series 4 of Shetland is the most heartbreaking, infuriating, and unsatisfying thing I have ever seen. 23 years of a (fictional) man’s life stolen from him all because a cop thought he was creepy and wanted to cover up a crime his girlfriend committed. And then just as this man is proven to be innocent beyond a doubt, he has a heart attack and dies.
Just lost power! But at least it waited until the game was over I suppose. So at least one thing went right tonight
All my hopes and dreams crushed
I have to go to work in the morning the jays need to fucking end this shit pls
Nope never mind I changed my mind. Fuck this game. This isn’t fun anymore.
So I’m just starting to realize that I might be a general sports fan? Like, baseball is not my go to sport. I won’t go out of my way to watch baseball, I won’t purchase tickets to watch baseball, etc. However, I am so very invested in this last game of the World Series, and I’m actually entertained and enjoying it! Could be a fluke, but the same thing happened with basketball when the raptors were playing. And the same shit happens whenever the argos are in the grey cup.
Upon reflection, maybe I’m not a general sports fan. Maybe I just really enjoy high stakes finals.
Oh my god. I might have just found my great grandfather. He’s got the worst name for ancestry research, and belonged to a minority group that didn’t really do record keeping. All I knew about him was his name, date of birth, and that he died very young (exact year and cause of death unknown). But I may have just found his grave. After searching for him for the last 14 years of my life (literally half my life). And if this is him, he has been so close to my childhood home this whole time.
