that is most likely a halter horse from a line of (probably inbred) halter arabians. they are not ridden and are only shown being lead around on a halter. usually arabian horses look like this
they do have a dished nose (itâs signature to the breed) but they look a lot more balanced. this inbreeding for weird aesthetics has happened to quarter horses too

in this case they want them to look crazy beefy. many halter quarter horses have a double muscling gene that creates a lot of health problems and should not be getting passed on!
itâs the same as how backyard bred dogs can look so extreme compared to show or working lines of the same breed. breeding for these extreme phenotypes is called breeding for âhypertypesâ and is usually really bad for the health of the animal. aesthetics should never come before health! hypertype breeders follow whats trendy with little regard for the animalâs form or function. itâs all about money and selling an animal that they market as rare and exotic with a hefty price tag.

do want to issue a small correction here: the "pocket pitbull" you used as an example is an american bully, which is a separate (but admittedly closely related) breed from the american pit bull terrier mix (im like 80% sure that's just a shelter pit mix lol) you used in your comparison photo. not really accurate to call them hypertype since they are two different breeds bred to two different standards.
