You don't make me eat. And don't bother offering me food at all. You're only naking my life nore difficult by trying to get me to eat. Even if you aren't shoving it down my throat, you might as well me.

-Fill your water bottle only a little bit at a time so you have to walk to the kitchen more often to refill it
