but they can't see me struggling every day with food, calories, sport, purging, the scale and all the pain inside my heart, soul and body.

about me an my ED:

i've got the diagnosis "atypical bulimia nervosa".

i've lost 22kg since april 2020. from 117kg to 95kg (my height: 1,84m)

i'm still a fat b*tch, but i'm working on it.

i am 23 years old and from germany.

it's kinda scary / sad, that seeing my collarbones a bit more makes me so happy, that i don't even care anymore if my throat burns or my stomach hurts.

🥗 Low Calorie Meal 🥗

- 100gr turkey breast ~100kcal

- 50gr mixed salad with tomatoes, dressing & mozzarella ~60kcal

= ~160kcal

(One of my favorite meals, but also some kind of "cheat-meal" to me.)
