 Klug was hastily trying to pat himself dry after the shameful debacle that was Ninten spraying him with a water bottle. He glared over at the other, crossing his arms. 

 “Whatever made you think that that was a reasonable course of action?!”

Klug looks up from patting himself dry to try and get a peek at the book Ninten is currently reading, if anything, just to get more of a sense of the others personality. Maybe he had more sense than he’d shown this far. 

 “Busy doing what?”

The book wasn’t even in English. It was in a completely different language that was new to the other. “Reading.” He responds briefly waving the book.

 Klug huffed and crossed his arms. His peek had been less than helpful, seeing as he couldn’t understand the language it was written in. Klug considered himself a bit of an aficionado with reading languages, so his annoyed him.

Ninten smiles "Yeah that is true but I am sure as long as fans love the comic books then I don't think it matters what platform it is on. But it's much nicer to have the feeling of paper in your fingers" he explains softly

The fan smiled pleasantly, delightful that Ninten was even able to reserve the comic in question. There’s some satisfactory in knowing he’ll be the first to read the comic in Eltingville… Or, at least one of the first. “ Fuckin’ sweet !! ” He squeaked, approaching the employee to retrieve the small book. “ Thanks, man. ”

“No problem!” he spoke happily to the other as he wanted the comic book fans to be happy and not miss out, he knew a few people used it for the new marvel updates as he smiles softly “I am happy it’s taken off so well!”

“well you’ve never teleported then” he smiles at the other as he looked at the other. “I am sorry to scare you” he adds softly to the other waving his hand with a rub of his neck, he wished to be nice to the other. “teleporting is very easy for me to do since well my psi does that kinda thing.”

“But I am nothing but normal mate” he whispers softly as he was quiet in smiling. He didn’t really mention his alien heritage… 

              what the hell was this kid talking about ??  teleporting ?? well, the idea wasn’t really out of the question as there are things in this world as PSI abilities, gypsies, and little talking frog that save your memories. but is that really the best idea that this child has ?? ( claus stop calling him a child when you’re barely fourteen. ) a rough sigh from the chimera as he snarled at the latter. the mention of PSI always cause him to bristle.

Layton slowly shool his head, hand automatically going to his large top hat as he lowers the brim.

 “Close, but not quite. Remember that there are ten candles at first, and before the man closes the window three are extinguished, leaving seven. However, that’s not the answer either. 

 There’s a trick to this puzzle. And it lies here: What happens to a lit candle over time?” 

 Layton tries to keep his explanation thorough without either spoiling the puzzles solution or making the boy feel inept. He wanted to make the other feel satisfied when he solved it; even the most experienced puzzle solvers need a hint coin every now and then.

Claus takes a second to really look at the meal Ninen’s made for him.  The effort is truly remarkable.  “I almost don’t wanna eat it ‘cause you worked so hard on it,” he says with a soft laugh.

Ninten laughs "yeah! But its important to eat of course" he explains "theres some squid hotdog, we have some takoyaki. Thats octopus dough balls and theres a few rice rolls

Claus blinked when he saw the other approaching, already curious as to what had gotten the other in such a cheery mood as he approached. when he finally arrived and spoke, the ginger couldn’t help the confusion that formed on his face. Not only because it was still difficult for him to accept gifts from others, but… 

“I…um…I’m sorry but…uh…what’s a…what’s a bento box..?” 

Claus felt shame as he asked, but he couldn’t help it…he genuinely didn’t know what a bento box was.
