In an unfortunate turn of events, I twisted my ankle and fell last night. I head a loud pop when it happened, thought this was it - I snapped my bad ankle, on the foot that keeps tripping and twisting. For now the diagnosis is a sprain so am hoping it heals in a couple of days. So this means no working out in the coming week. 😿Gonna be laying on the couch like a potato, just like the one I am about to have for lunch. #sprainedankle #suckstobeme #sweetpotato
