I Return

Alright, so I may have just disappeared off the face of the planet for the last several months. And that's been...only sort of intentional. Life has been really busy, chaotic, and full of ups and downs.

That all said, I am trying to slowly - probably very slowly - make my way back to RP so I can utilize one of my best coping methods now that my mental health has started to sort of stabilize again!

With that, there's some changes:

Cody, Jango, and Boba are all going to get moved to my multimuse here, because I can't keep up with 4 blogs at the moment. I'm going to try and keep up with their drafts, but I may contact some folks to talk about dropping certain threads.

Additionally, I'm going to be going through and pruning my inbox and drafts down to what I think I can manage for now, and go from there.

I'm making some google docs for my muses' extended information. Detailed history, weapon information, species abilities, etc will all be kept there, while core information will be kept on the main muse page.

Since Tumblr seems to have forgotten all my tags, I might be rehauling my tagging system given how many muses I now have. Depending on how extensive a project this is, it may or may not happen.

With any luck these changes will help me get everything settled and get back into RPing here as quickly as possible!

           Without looking from the pan, Jango’s brow raised at the surprised tone, the corner of his mouth just curling into a small smile as the togruta worked her way through that.  It wasn’t judgmental, even as he began to mix what was in the pan together.

        “This is for Hondo, Boba, and I.  Yours is on the counter,” he hummed, nodding to his left where a plate with food was already sitting.  There were no vegetables in that one, just a pile of moist scrambled eggs flanked by a piece of bacon and sausage.

           When he was satisfied with the rest of their breakfasts, he took a deep breath and reached for the plates, ignoring the flash of pain from his lower back even as he gently braced himself on the counter to avoid showing it.  So long as he didn’t drop dishware on the floor or himself, it’d be fine.

        “My sister taught me some.  My father a bit more, later.  It’s a good skill to have.”

         Jango offered a warm, gentle smile as Ahsoka said the title, even as he shook his head.  His children were both so busy...especially Ahsoka.  And she looked it, orange skin a little duller with exhaustion and voice that bit slower.  That was alright.

Semi-Hiatus Extended

So this is from a combination of factors, two of which I have no control over, and one of which is, uh….controllable, but y’all should know I have zero willpower, lol.

Without going into my emotions and such about it: my mom’s surgery was denied by her company’s L&I company (not the state) after they shopped around 3 doctors to get one who said “nah it’s probably from before she worked for you” and supported a no.  Pretty nasty and sketchy, and it means she can’t drive herself places because her shoulder is getting worse.  The other big one, is that my brother is (hopefully) going through separation after being injured at basic training.  That means we’re cleaning house to give him a place to put his injured leg up and sleep, since his room has been given to my uncle, and we uh.  Have taken away his room privileges.

The amusing reason?: my favorite dinosaur game (Ark: Survival Evolved) just dropped a new DLC, and my dinosaur-loving butt just has to go and play that every moment I’m able, so.  Yeah.

Anyway, it’s just a lot of emotional and time-consuming issues, and I don’t have the energy for Tumblr right now.  Hopefully, if my brother comes back on schedule (the week before Thanksgiving, we think) it should be easy enough for me to try and ease back into here.  I’m not dropping any muses or clearing my inbox or anything, just.  Gonna be busy and drained until something resolves itself properly.
