you have to have fat with muscle or your body won't have anything to burn and will consume your muscle and eventually your organs

having body fat is very very very beneficial and if youre in shape (as in healthy, not fit) it makes u much stronger

give me more muscle men and women with actual bellies and not concave stomachs

this. reminder that this is how bodies work. fat literally makes you stronger and supports your muscles. it is literally much harder to build muscle if you are lacking fat. and reminder that bodybuilders who aim for aesthetic definition can't do half the shit your fat uncle can.

I am whatever the opposite of a speed runner is. I am a game meanderer. I have to look at literally everything. I am overly cautious in every way. I forget to pause and wander away from the game. I take a minimum 7 hours to get through any given level. If you give me a timer I will cry.

Still very cool even all these years later. I'm very glad I've gotten into Outlast as a whole since it's such an interesting game series.

I'm planning on playing Whistleblower too since I bought that as well!
