even if you only reblog, thatâs enough
1st of February, 2021
i was debating on whether or not i should post this on tumblr but seeing as there havenât been posts about this yet, here it is. iâm exposing my real location and nationality but it doesnât matter.
if you have been active on twitter, you may already know #savemyanmar is trending. long story short, there has been a military coup. several nations have released statements but i want to share insight on whatâs happening in the country.
memes about a coup have been circulating around for a couple days and when i slept at 2 am last night, we were still under the rule of the National League for Democracy (NLD). while they are not technically democratic, they are the closest weâve got. when my mother woke up at 6 this morning, she was notified that the country was now under the rule of the military.
banks services are no longer available. wifi was cut at around 7-8. some people got wifi again earlier but many got it barely thirty minutes ago. this is bad for businesses especially ones that require international communications. additionally, international students like myself are experiencing anxiety; how do we pay for and attend classes if weâre not sure wifi is a given?
myanmar has a long, complicated history with military governments. the last time the military went into rule was in 1962 and only stopped in 2011, following the 2010 elections. there was a huge protest in 1988 lead by students that resulted in lots of death. during the military junta, resources like rice, water, oil, were scarce. the gist is military rule is bad for us.
all of my followers are not myanmar citizens, iâm sure but as part of the international community, please help us. here is a petition that you can sign (although iâm not sure if that can do much). there may be protests in front of myanmar embassies so look out for those. most of all, please help spread awareness.Â
the people here are coping with dark humor, primarily in the form of memes but we donât know how long this rule will last, even though the official statement said only a year. hereâs something that pretty much sums up our coping mechanism:
again, even a reblog helps

NO REALLY, TRY IT. Try it with any kind of inappropriate humor. Sexist, racist, homophobic, all of it. Look at them blankly, say, âI donât get it.â And watch the discomfort with the old timey pleasure of a rich old lady wearing pearls.
Rebloging this for the GIRLS with the nervous laughs. THIS IS FOR ALL THE UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATIONS. For the WOMAN too humiliated to say anything.
And if you laugh in uncomfortable situations. Follow it up and ask what they mean.
ways to help protestors if you are unable to protest
everybody has to do their part. as a reference, this was posted on 1 june 2020. if any links are broken or direct to a place they should not, please feel free to add on with corrections. if there is new information with better knowledge, please feel free to share. thank you.
1. donate
do not donate to shaun king. he has repeatedly collected money to âsupportâ black people, but no one knows where the money is.
BAIL FUNDS (ALPHABETICAL ORDER; NOT A COMPREHENSIVE LIST)
note: washington dc and new jersey have cashless bail systems.

atlanta bail fund
brooklyn bail fund
colorado freedom fund
columbus freedom fund
houston chapter of black lives matter
liberty fund (nyc based; focuses services on people from low-income communities)
los angeles freedom fund
louisville community fund
massachusetts bail fund
minnesota freedom fund (as of may 30, 2020, they are encouraging people to donate elsewhere since they have raised enough money; as of may 29, 2020, they do not have a venmo, as some fraudulent accounts have been claiming, source)
philadelphia bail out fund
richmond bail fund
MORE PLACES TO DONATE
note: more links are listed in the masterposts below.
northstar health collective (healthcare and medical aid for people on the front lines)
reclaim the block (aims to redistribute police funding to help the minneapolis community)
twin cities dsa (provides fresh groceries and hot meals to people in minneapolis)
2. educate yourself
it isnât enough to sign petitions and reblog/retweet/etc. nonblack people, including people of color, owe it to black people to educate themselves and correct themselves and the people around them on anti-blackness.
note: more links are in the masterposts linked below.
resources and tools regarding racism and anti-blackness (google sheets compilation)

3. give out supplies to protestors
people need supplies to protest safely, and even if they bring supplies with them, they can often run out. if youâre able, stock up and hand them out to people protesting. for more supplies to donate, see the âgeorge floyd actionâ google docs link in section 5.
water bottles (dehydration and heatstroke are not things people should have to deal with alongside bastard cops. if the police in your area are particularly violent or known to use tear gas, get the ones with the sports cap/suction-thing/etc so people can use them as emergency eye-flushes.)
snacks (make sure to take into account that people have allergies of all sorts. foods will have a little label that says âmay containâ and then list any potential allergens. write the allergens on the ziploc (or any container you use) in permanent marker, or better yet, write the snacks included in the pack.)
masks (donât forget thereâs still a pandemic going on. also it will aid in deterring facial recognition when the police try to track down protestors, Â also part two, if the cops use tear gas, wearing a mask (with the combination of a scarf or bandana) will lessen the adverse effects. lessen, not stop.)
bandanas, scarves, etc. and goggles (ski goggles, swimming goggles, etc.) (see above for explanation on the scarves. same goes for the goggles. antiâtear gas and antiâfacial recognition.)
clean shirts (for people who are heavily gassed. also helps deter recognition through clothing.)
wound care supplies (band-aids, packets of neosporin packets or a similar antibiotic, alcohol wipes, etc.; if you can, decant bactine into those little travel bottles.)
a sharpie or another type of marker (for writing bail numbers or emergency contacts on arms, hands, etc. itâs not enough to have your cityâs bail fund number stored on your phone; the police wonât give it to you to look it up. give people a marker so they can write it down, preferably not washable so it isnât easily removed.)
IMPORTANT: KNOWING FIRST AID
tear gas: if youâre hit, get out as fast and as soon as you can. take anyone you can with you. the longer youâre in the gas, the harder it will be for you to see, and it can irritate your airways, making it hard to breathe. if youâre hit, donât run; itâll only make things worse on your lungs. when you leave the area, take a cold shower. donât use hot water (it will only reactivate the agent); donât bathe (it will only spread the CS around). (source 1) (source 2) (cdc fact sheet on tear gas)
move them to a clean and ventilated area where itâs as safe as possible.
ask them if theyâre wearing contact lenses. have them remove it. if theyâre wearing glasses, rinse it with water.
solution of half liquid antacid, half water. spray from the inside going out, with the head tilted back and slightly towards the side being rinsed. if they say itâs okay, open the eye slightly while doing this. (source)
bullet wounds: the most important thing is to stop the bleeding. be sure to check for an exit wound and cover that as well. treat both wounds, but treat the worse one first.
stop the bleed (youtube video by uc san diego health)
first aid in active shooting scenarios
making a tourniquet (a commercial tourniquet is best, but improvised ones can work as well if done properly; the most important things to remember is that tourniquets are for limb injuries and are not meant for the head or torso and that they have to be very tightly wound on the injury.)

4. be a source of information
be responsible with this. peopleâs lives are at stake. that being said, the media is a fucking joke and the best way to get accurate information in a grassroots rebellion is amongst ourselves. record everything, but if you are going to share any information at all, be sure to blur peopleâs faces.

NUMBERS TO CALL FOR ARRESTED PROTESTORS (ALPHABETICAL ORDER; SOURCES LINKED TO THE NUMBER)
remember to keep phones OFF unless absolutely necessary. cell phone towers, stingrays, location notifs can all be used to track you and other protestors. donât fuck around. if your phone must be on, keep it on airplane mode as often as possible and only communicate using encrypted methods. no, snapchat doesnât count. Today marks the first day of Pride 2020.
It also marks the seventh day of protests held in honor of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery. Itâs been 634 days since Botham Jean was murdered by a police officer, 233 days since Atatiana Jefferson was fatally shot by a police officer, 2,123 days since Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer, and 2,146 days since Eric Garner was choked to death by a police officer.Â
It has been five days since Tony McDade, a Black trans man from Florida, was shot and killed by a police officer. Â
At the time of this post, it has been almost 19 hours since David McAtee was shot and killed by the authorities.Â
This week has served as a stark reminder that those who have power in this country wield it recklessly and violently against Black people, non-Black POC, and trans people. For some, the power is found in their badge. In others, itâs their skin tone, their socio-economic status, their cisgender privileges, or any other number of privileges one can have. In 2018, with at least 26 trans people who were murdered, all but one was a trans woman, and all but one was a person of color. According to data collected by Human Rights Campaign, this pattern is all too common. It should also be noted that the number of trans people who are murdered is grossly underreported, with many families and newspapers often misgendering those who can no longer speak up for themselves.Â
On June 28, 1969, the Stonewall riots began as a response to the constant police raids of nightlife establishments frequented by the LGBTQIA+ community. That night sparked a revolution, with many eye-witnesses crediting Black and Latinx trans women for being brave enough to ignite what would become one of the most pivotal nights in LGBTQIA+ history. Without Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, there would have been no uprising. Without them, there would be no Pride.Â
At this moment, it would be tone-deaf and insensitive to commemorate Pride in the same celebratory fashion we usually do. Instead, weâre asking you to make the commitment to better the lives of the oppressed. Do the work to become actively anti-racist if you are not Black. Spread the word that Black lives matter. Spread the word that trans people deserve to feel safe wherever they go. Reblog this post, make your own, or find someone in your life who doesnât understand and do your best to make them understand. Donate if you can.Â
The first Pride was a riot. We stand with you.
THE CHICAGO POLICE HAVE ARRESTED JUSTIN COSBY AND ARE LYING ABOUT HIS LOCATION
JUSTIN COSBY IS ONLY A TEENAGER PLEASE HELP SPREAD THIS I FEAR WHAT THEYâVE DONE TO HIM THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL AND PUBLIC PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE PUT ON THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE

What 24/7 D/s Looks Like to a Couple of Newbies in 2018
So, a while back I decided to get sober. (Wait for it⊠it comes back around.) I went to the meetings and joined the clubs and all that⊠and, it worked. No more drinking. The best piece of advice I got?âŠÂ
âStick with the old-timers. They got it figured out.â
A while before that I did a stint in prison. I was a kid. Just old enough to get drafted not old enough to get drunk. None of it seemed real. Did real time, though. Best advice I got?⊠âStick with the old timers. They got it figured out.â
That piece of wisdom has served me well in my years as a contributing member of society. So, when MG @wolfpack-princesskitty and I first turned to Tumblr and a few other sites in search of any info or insights into our newly-confessed shared fantasies⊠one of my first thoughts wasÂ
âStick with the fucking old timers.âÂ
And, after several months of watching many blogs I had determined who those people were and I began to make connections. And Iâm very thankful for the connections we have made, and for those who have agreed to mentor MG and me along the way. All providing a sobering and real life perspective on various aspects of a 24/7 D/s relationship; in our case, a marriage. So glad to be grounded here right now.
Because from where I stand 90% of the rest of the time this shit looks like Vegas, baby. Wooo!
Welcome to D/s relationships for millennials. Â
What it looks like: It looks like 50 Shades of Harry Potter and Sparkly goddamned Vampires is what it looks like⊠and it looks fucking awesome! Expensive suits and Bitches in black lingerie kneeling and crawling⊠the leashes and spankings and the gagging on cocks⊠timid, meek, all trusting subs and stoic, powerful, all knowing doms. Paradise for the slightly-to-moderately twisted peoples of a certain ilk⊠I mean, it canât be that perfect in real life, but still⊠come on.
You can hate it all you like, but those books and movies are the extent of John Q. Publicâs grasp on your chosen lifestyle, and at worst, it has turned out to be a great âevangelical toolâ as it wereâŠ
But someone has to sort out the abusers and the narcissists and the standard model douche bags from the good guys with good intentions. Somebody has to inject truth and reason and wisdom into the conversation. Someone has to show us where the ground ends and the clouds begin so we can self-moderate. BecauseâŠ
What it is:
Itâs hard work, dedication, devotion, integrity, grit, determination, kindness in the hardest of times⊠honesty, communication⊠Just like any functioning relationship, reallyâŠ
It looks like 50 Shades of Harry Potter and Sparkly goddamned Vampires is what it looks like⊠and it looks fucking awesome!
Itâs boundaries and security and exploring sexual interests together⊠itâs a little bit of doubt (Ok, maybe a lot of doubt at times), a little bit of fear, enough love to carry two sometimes three, four, five souls forward into a new real life, where everything is a decision⊠a choice⊠even for those who make no choices. A life in which lust is a limitless hunger⊠an insatiable wolf⊠and your hunger is so focused you want to entirely destroy and devour this pretty little thing wearing your collarâŠ
Sometimes itâs body issues, and insecurities about cock size, and irrational conversations into the early morning hours⊠often, the stronger of the two quietly trying to decide just how much truth the other person can actually handle⊠sometimes itâs greatly overestimating that amount of truthâŠ
Sometimes itâs a spark of hope⊠and sometimes itâs a last resortâŠ
Sometimes itâs ropes and cuffs and collars and bruises⊠and sometimes itâs blankets and snacks and kisses and cuddlesâŠ
Itâs an empowerment achieved in a point of singularity where both the powerful and powerless are each perfectly balanced one with the other⊠mutually satisfied. A feeling like no other.
For some of us, itâs what weâve come seeking⊠for some of us itâs just who we areâŠ
For every idiot âTubmlr Daddyâ, thereâs a good man with a great dom inside, watching you blast the new generation from the comfort of your well-earned status, and doubting himself⊠afraid that heâs not a real dominant. Too afraid his ask will get him ridiculed. I know because that was me before I finally manned up and reached out.Â
Please keep in mind that weâre not all a part of the tide of idiots and abusers⊠please continue to be an island for those of us who were simply swept up in their wakeâŠ
So, a shout out to those blogs and bloggers that have informed us, included us, inspired usâŠ
@instructor144, @thetriskeliondiaries, @dinodaddy, @verse50, @theruleset, @submissive-seeking, @the-faculty, @i-could-be-the-walrus, @amysubmits, @itsshinycollectordestinyworld, @sincardinality, @quietlyconscious, @techiejedi, @tooprettytolive, @theropegeek, @crusoesampersand, @maddigans, @westcoastgentleman, @yessiraustralia-again
and a ton more Iâm leaving out⊠For those of you who know who the hell we are, and those who donât⊠For those who are personally investing their time into our success⊠for those who donât even realize how real an impact you haveâŠÂ
Iâm not sucking up (maybe a little)⊠Iâm not posturingâŠ
You guys deserve recognition for taking the time out of your lives to share those lives with the rest of us⊠You deserve recognition for being great writers, most of you anyway⊠lol⊠But mainly I want to lift you guys up as the standard⊠because we desperately need more real doms and subs to provide some perspective to the magical, leather-clad diamond-skinned vampires with secret rooms⊠how clicheâ.Â
K-Music And Black Women: I first want to thank you for taking the time out of your busy life to do this Q&A slash interview with me and the lovely K-Music Fam. This isnât your typical every day interview but letâs do it. Iâm going to call you âHimâ in the interview since I canât say your name or would like for me to call you something else? Is âHimâ Ok?Â
Him:Â Hi I am âHimâ itâs nice to meet you. WAIT! They canât hear me. Can they hear me?
KMBW:Â Oh No, they wonât hear you, remember this interview is going to be text only, no video, no audio.
Him: Ohhh I see, Ok letâs do it.Â
KMBW: So my first question to you, What do you think about this whole K-Music And Black Women thing I got going on out here?Â
Him: You want me to be honest, honest, honest. honest. honest?
KMBW: Yes please 100%.
Him: Ok, here it goes..I like it! I like it a lot. I honestly do. I think itâs different, I think itâs fun, I think itâs cute, I also think your videos are funny and entertaining. Itâs nice to have something like this for Black fans that like K-Pop to show that not all Asians are racist and that they love all of their fans no matter what race especially with seeing how Black people are treated out there itâs good for them to see that not every one is out to get them, judge them or dislike them for the color of their skin. We love you too!
KMBW: Aw that was sweet, thank you.Â
Him: Just being honest here.
KMBW: So you didnât find this whole thing that I do weird or crazy not even a little bit? A little thought?
Him: No no no not at all I promise.
KMBW: IF you were a K-Pop idol, What would you think about K-Music And Black Women?
Him: Idols love all of their fans, right? So I would love you all just the same and itâs cute to see Black girls get happy over their idols. Race doesnât matter, I wouldnât hate you or treat you any different just because you are Black.
KMBW: Do you even listen to K-Pop?
Him: (laughs) Yes! DUH!
KMBW: So Iâve had Black girls in the past so upset about my videos to the point where they make angry rant videos..that I never watched by the way. What do you think about other Black girls not liking what I do?
Him: Really? Maybe because Iâm a guy but I have a different point of view from all of it, especially being Asian myself, I truly like it, I think itâs just fans having fun and enjoying the people that they love attention and if, make sure you put that in bold if you can.
(laughing)
KMBW: Stop.
Him: and if, bold that too. I was an idolâŠI would think itâs sooo cool to be appreciated from my fans of different races from all over the world no matter how itâs portrayed itâs no big deal to me. I donât know if I said the same thing earlier or not so I hope I sound genuine when I say these things.
KMBW: You do.
KMBW: So on the topic of my videos. I get girls that say, âItâs not like theyâre ever going to marry Black women or mary yâall anywayâ. As an Asian guy thatâs been around the scene plenty of times, what do you think about them saying shit..I mean stuff like that?Â
Him:Â But why would they say that?
KMBW: I know. I know. That isnât even half of it.
Him: To answer your question yes! I mean I got friends and friends of friends that like Black girls but we live in South Korea so It is obvious that a lot of us will marry KOREAN girls itâs not like we say, âHey I like Black girls but you know what I will settle with a Korean girl instead.â No itâs because we donât see Black girls here but when we do we are either working and donât have time to stop and talk or scared to say something because they may not like us back or like Asian guys like that and I canât go up to a Black girl I see and be like, âHey! letâs go on a date some dayâ that easy. Most of us are shy and just stare and be like âwow, sheâs hot/beautiful this and that,â and also not all of us are fluent in English so can you imagine us going up to a foreign girl we like and stuttering embarrassing ourselves, if it was that easy a lot of us would love to not only date Black girls but also marry. A lot of us would love to date outside of our race in general if you want me to be completely honest with you. Korean girls are beautiful too donât get me wrong but a lot of us want to see what else is out there in the world.
KMBW: True. Iâve seen Korean men say they would date/marry Black women but thereâs none here (in South Korea).
Him: Exactly. Well thereâs some here for work, school, business, but not many.
KMBW: So on the topic of dating. Have you seen..well OR heard of any K-Pop idols date Black girls?
Him: (laughs) You are just getting right to it arenât you?
KMBW: (laughs) Yes! give the people what they want!
Him: Yes
KMBW: Thatâs it just yes? Youâre anonymous so you can say what you want Iâm all ears.
Him: Ok, soâŠIâve HEARD, put that in bold.
(laughing)
KMBW: Ok
Him: So yes Iâve HEARD about some idols not many, but not only K-Pop idols but like rappers you know? And mostly rappers, singers that are not K-Pop idols ..They have been with Black fans before that they met overseas and some met here in Korea, not even just fans but Black girls in general, they meet in clubs or on the girlâs job, some here for work and school and some come here to teach some just run into them and say hey Iâm a fan and then they talk to each other for a while and then go back to their place things like that. They gotten phone numbers of fans they were attracted to. Some didnât last long because they live in Korea and are busy and the girl would live like in Canada or America something like that. The rappers have it easier because they are not âidolsâ and can do what ever they want to do and idols have to be more..whatâs the word Iâm looking for..um?
KMBW: Careful? Secretive?
Him: Yeah! secret.
KMBW: So what you are saying is that SOME of them, mostly the rappers and singers have gotten with some Black fans? So even here in America?
Him: Yeah yeah thatâs like the favorite place, they always talk about how cool Americans are. I think because the people they look up to are mostly African American rappers and singers and they like the styles of the women like the skin, clothing, hair of Black women.
KMBW: On to the next question. Do you get a, âBlack girls having a fetish for Asian menâ vibe from all of this (K-Music and Black Women)?
Him: In what way exactly?
KMBW: Like, for example having a race fetish means you only want a certain race for a sexual fetish. You will only sleep with them or only date them but will never want to marry them, you knowâŠjust using them for your pleasure and nothing more. Thatâs what some people think of us K-Pop fans as well as K-Music And Black Women. They also say itâs when you only want someone because they are Asian but thatâs more of a type/preference not what a fetish is, itâs what I said before this.
Him: (laughs) Not at all and it sounds funny to look at what you do and have that word to even be on my mind, it doesnât match. And whatâs wrong with only want to be with someone because you have a preference for their race? If youâre only attracted to Asian men, then so what? If youâre only attracted to Black men so what? If you only date Mexican men because thatâs who youâre attracted to the mostâŠthen, SO WHAT?! I didnât know that was a big deal? Learn something new today I guess.
KMBW: What do you think of K-Pop having a lot of Black fans around the world and being attracted to Asians?
Him: I love it! I really do, I think itâs such an honor to have other races appreciate your race, your culture, your music and being attracted to us thatâs a compliment.
KMBW: Do you think Korean parents are against Black women marrying their sons? You might get this type of question again later.
Him: The traditional older parents can be like that, SOME of them can be like that but these days they donât care as long as she is a good person I have seen some parents try to get their sons and daughters together with Black foreigners here like right on the street, (in Korean accent) âAre you single? I have daughter.â (laughs) I think itâs nice.
KMBW: Do you think a K-Pop idol would ever date a Black girl? Or better yet a Black Fangirl?
Him: Yes to both. Why not? They have any way right? So they would do it again and again if they like her and I personally would especially if it was easier for us to meet them in Korea. A lot of them (idols) date privately any way right? So whatâs the harm in dating a Black fan? If you like some one, you like some one.If itâs private dating you can date more comfortably so people wonât be harsh but I would show her off like, âYAH THIS MY GIRL!! HATE IF YOU WANT!âÂ
KMBW: Aw thatâs sweet.
Him: Â Oh yeah I would for sure and Iâm sure some of them would. As men when we connect with a girl thereâs nothing coming between that. If we like a girl no matter what race and attracted to her, anything is possible so along with that you will end up dating. Do they think we are all racist or something?
KMBW:Â I mean I do see people say, âAll Koreans are racistâ, âThey do not like you Black girls like thatâ ya know sweet, kind things like that.
Him: Since when do people speak for all of us? Because Iâm not close to being a racist and Iâm raised in South Korea. Not all Americans are racist right?
KMBW: Right.
KMBW: So have you ever heard of âKoreabooâ?
Him: The K-Pop website?
KMBW: No.
Him: Oh, well not really. Sounds familiar. Yes and no.Â
KMBW: Itâs when you âwant to be Koreanâ, obsessed with Koreans and everything Korean. And I also think when they use Korean words in their language a lot like âoppaâ stuff like that.
Him: Whatâs wrong with that?
(laughing)
KMBW: K-pop fans use it as an insult these days like, âUgh here comes the Koreaboosâ. âUgh sheâs such a fucking Koreabooâ, âYouâre acting like a Koreabooâ âKoreaboos this and thatâ, theyâre always bitching about âKoreaboosâ Itâs over used! I donât pay attention to whose a Koreaboo or not, I donât care what people do or who they want to be or how they speak as long as theyâre not hurting anyone, itâs not that serious to me but people call us âKoreaboosâ for liking Asian men and K-Pop.
Him: Whatâs wrong with that?
KMBW: Would you consider us âKoreaboosâ just because we like the music and we are attracted to Asians?
Him: âŠUmm..No but at the same time why use it as an insult? Hey they love us that much and want to be us and use our slang, whatâs so bad about that? I donât get it. I donât know maybe itâs just me?
KMBW: Thereâs also a âN*ggabooâ, Iâve seen them call idols that act a certain way get called that.
Him: Stupid.
KMBW: Ok so if you had one pick up line to say to a Black girl and think it would work. What would you say?
Him: Did it hurt when you fell from the vending machine? Because youâre a snack.
(laughs)
KMBW: I canât!
Him: Iâm joking! Iâm joking!
KMBW :I asked my lovelies K-Music Fam on my instagram story to give me questions to ask you and I got a lot! Some nasty ones too but I skipped those.
(laughing)
Him:Â Iâm ready!Â

Him: I probably would just stare at her and over think if she would even be interested in me but also I might approach her and just have small talk and make her laugh with a cheesy pick up line like, âDo you have a pencil? Cause I want to erase your past and write our future.â
âHave you ever been to America? And if yes did you see any Black women you found attractive or your type?â [ Asked by: NewginachoiÂ
