ayo its me finally biting the landmine and making a full blog for my art and characters 🙃 i hyperfixate on old pretty buildings and in the world of my stories my main character Poppy can talk to them, it's like a whole thing. my main is poppyseedmuffiin (💀) I am 18+ :)

Whoops this'll probably get confusing real fast. To clarify off the bat (and keep track for myself LMAO): my main character/sona's name is Poppy, full name Poppylan Maria López. posts with or about her or whatever will be tagged as such. later on in the series she uh goes through a Change and after that she's mainly called Az (short for Azrael) except by those who knew her before. So Az is also a common way of referring to her

and then there is me, the neurodivergent A(u)DHD 20something running the whole show and way too sensitive to put all of what I'm about to out in the open💀

i art a lot, I write even more, im the omniscient narrator, i torture my OCs, etc. the name I go by here and other places online is Poppy lol and the character is named after me given how she's mostly my self insert and shit. so we're both poppy lmao but I also go by Elle so maybe I'll do that here to make it less confusing

Anyway I hope you enjoy your stay in the dumpster fire this will inevitably become. help me. and if any real life moots (you know who you are) find your way over here I will never admit it's me out loud not even on pain of death 🥰🥰

(40+ factoring in the Hail Mary mission, then the time it would take to get back to Erid and the time it would take for the message to get to Earth. Probably closer to 50+ actually).

(I do think Stratt felt bad. She did a lot of terrible things to save the planet, and obviously felt guilt for sending Grace off. I imagine the time waiting to hear back from the Hail Mary was torture for everyone, but she essentially sent three people off to their deaths, one unwillingly. Hearing that Grace made it out alive would be a huge weight off her shoulders.)

I think there's a great chance the existence of mirrors/reflective surfaces silently fucks Rocky up.

Like, Grace is in the bathroom, shaving, the curtain pulled to the side and suddenly he stops and says "stop touching my stuff". Rocky, frozen, somewhere behind him, can't fathom how Grace sensed that. He was so quiet. The razor is so loud. Grace's still facing away from him. What the fuck.

Grace repairing some panel or other and asks for a tool. Without even turning around, he says "no, not that one, the one to its left". Rocky's like are you shitting me. I know for a fact your hearing is ass. You can only see in one direction and I'm not in it!! What?!

Thank you and I agree!! The sleazy scumbag lesbian is of my favorite character archetypes ever though I tend to also make them more cool and confident (at least on the surface). Piper has none of that. Terminally uncool and I love her for it

Do other locomotives have spirits in your furry plane world? Like boats or spacecraft?

the answer is a tentative no for now, only because I know more about planes/airports and how they work than any other sort of vehicle. Also, I cant figure out how to adapt other vehicles into humanoid form. Planes have wings and tails and animal-like snouts that can transfer over.

But idk. Maybe cars and boats and stuff have spirits that only other vehicles can see or communicate with, esp if its convenient for a joke. If I ever become a car or train guy maybe they'll get more attention, but for now I only know enough about aviation to make a coherent plane world
