OFFICIAL: CD Tacón Become Real Madrid Femenino | July 1, 2020 - video 118 years after its founding, Real Madrid have finally launched their own women’s team. Los Blancos completed a 300,000 euros (£271,000) buyout of Madrid-based club Tacón, which has now been officially renamed Real Madrid Femenino. News of the merger was announced in a club statement: “Real Madrid C. F. wishes to announce that it has sent the corresponding documentation to the Spanish Football Federation in order to make effective the merger by absorption of Club Deportivo Tacón, a women’s football club, as approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Committed Members held on 15 September 2019. The Royal Spanish Football Federation has informed us that said documentation is correct, so the merger will be effective when the current 2019-20 football season is definitively concluded. Real Madrid will play the women’s football competitions from the 2020/21 season, with Real Madrid City as the venue for the team’s matches and training sessions. Our women’s football section will be made up of the senior and under-16s to under-19s teams. A youth structure that will allow us to remain faithful to our philosophy of identifying, training and developing young talent. Our teams will also play their respective competitions from the 2020/21 season. Hey, I just want everyone to know that what the world is going through is a legitimate trauma. Full on. It fits the “official” definition and everything. This is a traumatic event.

That means that it’s normal and expected to find yourself using coping mechanisms that you thought you were done with, to find yourself numbed out, to be on the verge of constant panic attacks, to be acting impulsively and compulsively, to engage in very old patterns, to have wide swings of every behaviour especially regarding sleep, food, and sex.

The research shows that people in a traumatic situation who most often develop PTSD (which I would say we are all at risk of) or have their existing PTSD/C-PTSD intensified are folks who cannot or believe they cannot do anything about it the trauma event.

So, if you are able, look for a place in all of this where you can feel that you can do something. Harass a company not doing enough for its employees, sign a petition, check in on a neighbour, set alarms to remind yourself to eat (it’s on my own to do list for today), intentionally spend time every day doing straw breathing to shift your sympathetic nervous system response. You don’t have to become some social media hero, or spend all your time improving yourself. But if you can find something that makes you feel like you can do something for yourself that decreases the trauma load on you, it will greatly benefit you going forward.

Joe Biden, Rapist

Joe Biden has been credibly accused of raping a staff member in the early 1990’s. Will he be held accountable?

"Joe Biden has had a long history of inappropriately touching women and girls, as well as making misogynistic comments about their looks. He even had the audacity to joke about sexual harassment after a wave of women came forward with their accusations against the former vice president.

However, the media seemed to forget about this controversy, treating him with kid gloves throughout the primary season and helping to bolster the narrative that he is the de-facto Democratic nominee, granting him millions upon millions of dollars worth of positive airtime after the political establishment coalesced around him to try and stop Senator Bernie Sanders from winning the nomination.

As the corporate media and establishment Democrats continue telling us that Biden is the official nominee, even though the Democratic National Convention isn’t for another several months, a new allegation has been levied at the former vice president:

Joe Biden has been credibly accused of rape.

The allegation comes from Tara Reade, a former member of Biden’s Senate staff. Reade unveiled last year that she was a victim of Biden’s sexual harassment in the early 1990's, however, she declined to provide further detail due to the attacks she sustained as a result of telling a part of her story. Conspiracy theorists were even conjuring up fake stories about Reade being a Russian asset.

More recently, Reade decided that it was time for her to tell the full story. She sought the assistance of Time’s Up, a #MeToo organization that provides support for sexual assault victims, however, they declined to represent her because her accusation was against a federal candidate for office, thus allegedly threatening their non-profit status. Of course, not only does this excuse hold no merit, but it seems like an obvious attempt to protect Biden."
