Hi! I’m Pumpkin~ She/Her • 28 • military brat • Ace+Bi • I’m OBSESSED with making just about anything I possibly can! Whether it’s Drawing, Woodburning, clay sculpting, crochet, sewing or whatever! In fact, one of my newest dream projects from the last few years, Is to make my own series of BJD! Whether it’s hand-sculpted from clay, made from resin, even carving a BJD out of wood sounds awesome!!! (Also obsessed with anything involving Mythology, Folklore & Fairy-tales) 🥰 However, I have ADD (most likely anyway, I’m not officially diagnosed, but it’s on both sides of my family. And I have symptoms.. do to past military “doctor” BS experienced from Childhood.. I’m a bit traumatized and will ovoid going to the hospital as much as possible.) Also sporadic bouts of depression, so I don’t often finish my projects.. motivation is.. difficult. 😒 *~*~* Also I’m currently not comfortable doing any official Art collaborations, I just do art because it makes me happy, I have anxiety that can make me panic if I stress myself with specific deadlines.. making me feel forced to finish a project just makes me frustrated and not really enjoy the project.. no matter how excited I felt about it at the start.. I almost end up hating it.. Fanart is different, I do it because I like it, and it’s not something I usually stress myself over. … Notice: ANY AND ALL SUSPECTED P%RN BOTS, WILL BE REPORTED & BLOCKED!!! Black Myth: Wukong. OC ✨Yáo Mèng✨

Yáo Mèng is a young woman who wakes up with fractured memories of her human life.. and has no idea what she’s been turned into.. as she moves forward with a grand adventure of Love, Lust, Danger and Discovery ahead of her.

Now.. she does begin her life in the Black Myth world still wearing her gorgeous Silk Drop waist, Tea-Length Ballgown Wedding Dress.. However.. she can’t just be LIVING in her best dress the whole time, now can she?? 🙂‍↔️

Especially when she joins The Young Sage on his perilous journey for the Relics.. she obviously needs some proper ✨Adventuring attire✨

Even on the Road, she wants to look her best.. 😌

Now these Plum blossom Robes in particular were actually gifted to Yáo Mèng by a rather shy Yín Houzi/Destined One, as they originally belonged to his older sister Yuebei Xing, hence why it’s not in her favored “jewel toned blue”, however the MIA Monkey Princess never got the chance to wear these Robes herself.. (I’ll draw her and her Wife eventually, so many ideas in my nogin..) 🤤

Also It takes our Isakai’ed girlie a while to realize the important significance of Someone gifting you such fine Clothing from one’s own family.. and the implication of you accepting it… 👀 😏

Note: Speaking of Progress….. 🥲 chapter two is a little slow.. I’d written close to half of what I had planned so far when my phone died the other night… I lost Hours worth of writing.. nearly everything just gone.. it’s honestly pretty frustrating.. I kinda just want to cry a little bit….

so I’m currently trying to keep myself motivated to continue writing… by downing lots of Pumpkin Spice Coffee (don’t y’all judge me! It’s delicious) and drawing my Peach girl + other characters too.. 🥹

These are some of the Art I’ve seen posted online for the new Thundercats comics series.. and it looks AWESOME!! 🥰 I believe the Main Artist is “David Nakayama” (please correct me if I’m wrong) and He’s doing absolutely AMAZING with the Classic Art & Designs of the old Cartoon…

I mean, just LOOK AT IT!!! 🤩

… HOWEVER.. that being said, there are a few changes to some of the character designs I have some… opinions on. 😐

Like… I’m sorry, WHAT?? What did they do to our girl Willykit’s hair??? I believe it’s supposed to be bangs… but I can’t help seeing it as an extremely low widows peek! 😣

And poor Snarf!!! What happened to our lovable little Nanny filled with Mom anxiety??? It looks like he’s got an uncanny valley face or something.

But then.. at the same time they give us Tygra girlies, ✨This✨

I don’t know whichever blessed soul made the executive decision in design, to push Tygra headfirst into his ✨Sliver Fox✨ Daddy era..

Lion-Hearted Lover~

Meet Azura!

Azura is a feisty “Wild-Forest Elf” OC I made for a 2011 Thundercats ✨Spicy✨Lion-O oneshot I’ve been cooking up over at my writing blog @pumpkins-writing-desk the fanfic is called Lion-Hearted Lover~ 😉

The fic isn’t done yet, though.. 😓

(I know I’ve been working on the Fic forever! 😭 but the actual story bit is kicking my ass.. 😖)

The drawing on the left was the first design I drew.. but it didn’t look quite right to me for the art style of the 2011 show. And there was way too much going on with the hair, so I started over!

I’m much happier with Azura’s final design. ☺️

If you’re curious, I basically just used the “Edit” option on my phone to color the drawing.. since I don’t have a digital art program, or a drawing tablet..

….. I’m not gonna mention how many hours it took to color the drawing with MY FINGER! 😭

It was a lot. 😣… My hands hurt so bad y’all. 😭

Welp…at least they both get reincarnated!😐 onto cuter and less depressing stuff!⬇️

This is Nalea, she’s Leo’s daughter..sort of.🤔

Okay basically, I read a post someone did about how Lion-O and Tygra might have cubs..and some blessed Genius said, that they could be clones or genetically engineered by the Vultures and somewhat “gifted” to them.🤯 sorta like the myth of storks delivering babies!

Which completely gave me the idea for Nalea! a clone of Leo made ONLY with His DNA. And was delivered to him by the vultures, pretty much because he wasn’t serious about ANY of the female Cats around, and not having an heir as the first king of Thundera isn’t the best thing.🧐

funny enough it’s because of Nalea that Leo met Euriellla in the first place, and ironically they never actually had kids together. (I might change how/when they met later on.)🤷🏻‍♀️

So Nalea is the one who king Claudus and Lion-O are descendent from.

And Lion-O is the reincarnation of Leo!😲 so in their New life Lion-O and his soulmate can FINALLY live together in peace🥺….After collecting all the power stones and defeating Mumm-Ra that is..😐

Eurielle’s an OC of mine that’s lightly based off of the Unicorn Keepers from the original show.

And as you can see

YA GURL is tall as HECK!

(but not as tall as Panthera.)

and our boi Leo is absolutely ROCKING a pair of healed boots.😏

I just love Leo’s design and honestly I’m a little disappointed there isn’t more art of him, and I wanted to contribute.

Oh..and yes, I named my new girl after one of my favorite singers right now “Eurielle”💖

This’s Ariel, an OC I thought up like six years ago…. For a 2011 Thundercats (reincarnation-au/star-crossed lovers) fanfiction I’ve yet to actually write.. but I do plan on writing her story sometime soon-ish.. within the next year or two.

Now Ariel’s been through a lot of revisions over the years, from her overall character design, to her personality, her backstory, hell even her name has changed a couple times!

ALSO IT TOOK WAY TO MANY TRIES TO DRAW HER FREAKIN HAIR!!!! 😭 drawing it how I saw in my head while also trying to make it make sense for the 2011 Thundercats art style! It was SO frustrating!!

… anyway.. 🥺

I’ll make a post with her many different concepts (both her design and the info on how I’ve changed her story over the years) but that’ll come much later after I’ve finished her “final” character sheet.. I’m still working on that. 😅

Anyway.. I’m not entirely satisfied with how the colors came out, particularly with her hair.. I was going for a “dusty rose, dirty blonde” but it came out more ginger.. I put an unedited picture of the drawing below if you want to see it.

My first time making a BJD~

I sculpted her using some Air-dry clay, and the first mistake I made with this project was starting with the head.. 😰 I wasn’t really paying attention when I was sculpting, and it turned out being ridiculously tiny.. I’ll try starting with sculpting the ball joints first from now on with any other BJD’s I’ll try making in the future.. 😅

But other than that, it was pretty fun! 🥰

I knew I wanted to paint her to look like my Pocket Dragons~ there were a few mistakes here and there.. I used an elastic thread from a sock I was throwing away, and ended up stringing her together too tightly, so she keeps curling up in a little ball. Her head doesn’t have enough of a pronounced curve to properly keep her wig on, so it’s basically just balancing on top her head. And i didn’t add enough roundness to the hands & feet joints, so they don’t really pose that well.. 😓

Oh, and her apron dress was made using an old shirt I had to get rid of because it had so many holes.. I reused the thread from the shirt too since it was already the perfect color! I also braided a couple strands of thread together to make the rope around the waist of the dress, and sewed that on with the same thread, it blends in perfectly with the braided rope so you can’t even see the stitches~ 😋

Also… she’s 17 pieces in all, that’s not including accessories… (ie: Dress & wig) I wasn’t expecting it to be that many.. 😅

Some tiny cuties~

The two on the left were inspired by a pair of tiger sisters that I saw at “The Isle of Wight, big cat sanctuary” as a kid. 🥰 both were born white, but one sister (Zia) gradually turned a soft orange with brown stripes as she grew older. While the other sister (Zena) stayed a lovely white with creamy light brown stripes. She also had one of her eyes surgically removed due to an infection, hence why I drew her character with a cute little embroidered eyepatch~

I honestly couldn’t resist designing them as if they were characters in 2011’s Thundercats reboot. (Which should NOT have been cancelled!! I’ll never not be salty about that) 😤

(As for the other two girls.. I don’t remember much about their characters.. OH! except the middle one, She was gonna be the protagonist in a Horror style fairytale I wanted to write… I never actually got around to it though.)
