I lost pretty much my entire irl friend group of several years the week before AF started because I cut myself off from the group because of their behaviour towards someone else (I know that sounds dramatic but it's totally warranted). ArtFight couldn't have come at a better time and is absolutely the distraction I needed. It's so nice to just be able to sit and draw cute little characters for hours and read a ton of lore about OCs that people clearly put so much love into.
