Note: This is a sort of Post-Finale Fix-it Fic. In this universe, s15e18 didn't happen. So, Chuck is defeated and the Team Free Will 2.0 is living a happy normal life with minimum hunting. Cas and Dean are still "just friends," but I assure you they won't be at the end of this fic.

do you think dean ever leans in to kiss cas but he gets distracted by how pretty cas’ eyelashes are as they flutter against his cheeks, and how gorgeous the lil wrinkles are besides cas’ eyes, and how adorable the hairs curling around cas’ ears are, and how beautiful the…. and cas clears his throat and nudges his nose against dean’s and huffs, “hello?? dean?? you’re supposed to be kissing me right now??” and dean gets bashful as a blush creeps up his cheeks as he mutters, “sorry, you’re just so devastatingly beautiful,” and now it’s cas who’s blushing and dean finally closes the gap to press their lips together and it’s the most tender kiss dean’s ever had
