I’ve lived on this site like a skittish recluse for years so most stuff is still disorganized, but I was in the mood for tidying some things up so… Hi!
you may call me Robin
he/him or they/them
mid 20s
from europe
art and fic tag: #critter's creations
mostly here to reblog art, meta, memes and whatever else strikes my fancy
fandoms i mainly interact with: interactive fictions and visual novels, kingdom come deliverance, dragon age, critical role, baldur's gate 3, disco elysium, interview with the vampire, lotr and the hobbit. (if you want to avoid seeing anything of that and everything else you should be able to mute it, but for now older posts aren’t tagged yet. i’ll add a “my tags” page when it’s done)
i generally keep things sfw but i might still reblog artistic nudity or innuendos on occasion. mute “suggestive” for mildly suggestive contents/jokes and partial nudity, and “nsft” for full nudity and more explicit content/jokes, if you’d rather avoid those!
... hey... y'all... hey </3
Originally wasn't going to post anything until I could update the main demo again but I've been getting a lot of messages so...
Speedrun Challenge:
No, the game is not abandoned!
I have been avoiding social media for various reasons
The Chapter 2 Twine Version has been out for a while. I forgot to announce it here, but it's on Patreon for free. You can play it here. There's a bug w/ meeting Amilia where info gets mixed, so warning for that.
It's not on the main demo b/c the interlude in-between Chapter 1 + Chapter 2 is unfinished.
Chapter 3 is nearing 50% completion.
The next update on the main demo will include the interlude and add Chapter 2 to be properly added.
Bi-weekly to weekly word counts are resuming from today, whether it's a lot or a little. 🧎🏻 And thank you to everyone who sent kind wishes! Ngl life was beating me up pretty consistently for a long while but I finally have some stability going on again.
(Spoilers beneath. Shows Scene Breakdown from old Demo and where scenes are at progress wise for Twine. It has spoilers for anything past Chapter 1. Red is not worked on, yellow is in progress, green is finished.)
AO3 has recently seen a wave of comments claiming to be made by the "AO3 Trust & Safety team", notifying you that your account has been restricted. These claims are not true. These comments are not being made by real AO3 volunteers and your account has not been restricted.
AO3 volunteers, including the Policy & Abuse committee, will never communicate with you through comments on your work. All important communications from AO3 will be sent through the email associated with your account. More general announcements will be posted on our official social media accounts or published as news posts on AO3 or OTW.org.
If you receive one of these comments, do not click on any of the links in it, reply to it, or interact with it in any way. The links in these comments lead to sites asking you to verify your identity by providing payment information. This is a common credit card scam. AO3 does not ever ask users to provide payment information, and the Policy & Abuse committee will never comment on your works asking you to "complete an identity verification process".
If you encounter one of these comments or believe your account has been compromised, please view the instructions under the cut!
We suggest that you review your account to verify that you're using a unique and secure password. Check out the advice from our Policy & Abuse committee on Protecting Your AO3 Account and Keeping Your Account Secure.
If you believe your AO3 account has been compromised for any reason (i.e. you received an email that your username changed), you can change or reset your password to ensure control of your account. Changing your password will automatically log you out of all sessions on all devices. You can find the option to change your password in your Preferences.
If you encounter one of these comments on your own work or someone else's, please report them to the Policy & Abuse committee. To do so:
Select the "Thread" button on the scammer's comment. This will take you to the specific comment page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Policy Questions & Abuse Reports.
In the "Brief summary of Terms of Service violation" field, enter "Spambot".
In the "Description of the content you are reporting" field, enter "This is a spambot, their username is USERNAME."
Reporting in this fashion helps us auto-sort your report so that it can be handled as soon as a Policy & Abuse volunteer is available. To help us address reports about these types of bots as fast as possible, please only submit one report per account, and don't include multiple accounts in the same report.
We also encourage you to share this post and help spread the word about how to protect yourself from scammers and reduce spam on AO3.
For more information about spambots on AO3, you can review our News Post on the topic.
Tag game reblog this and put Baby’s First Blorbo in the tags like who was the first Character to move into your head and live there back when you were still figuring out how to tie your shoes
can you imagine tho if Eridians discovered radiation years and years after the Blip-A left
and they're just absolutely horrified because now they know why the Blip-A never returned, they sent them all to die, now to save their sun they have to redo the entire program all over again and Adrian is devastated -
and then three Eridian years later Rocky shows up with his pet alien and a ton of taumeoba all I LIVED BITCH
a character who truly, legitimately goes “but why does that matter?” about their feelings when someone who cares about them asks. and the sudden falling of everyone around them’s faces as they realize that this person doesn’t recognize themself as someone who needs or should be taken care of. i want Everyone to hurt. surprise at the idea, worry for them, horror at not having noticed. do you see this person who doesn’t think of themselves as a person?
