Here I am, begging for help. Never thought I would, but life happens I guess.

I've been ill for quite a while. Diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy, Heart failure, a form of Mastocytosis and Renal artery stenosis. Now I'm being sent to a oncologist and I'm terrified. I cannot afford all these tests, but they say I need them.

So I'm reaching out and asking please, if anyone can help, I'll be forever grateful. I have 3 kids, and I have to get well, I have to take care of myself, for them.
