Weather and Spellwork

Just like last week, I discussed times of day and how they can affect the energy of the spell, this week I wanted to discuss how some weather can affect the energy of a spell.

Lightning storm - cursing, manifestation, protection, as well as adding power to a spell or ritual.

Rainstorm - purification, cleansing, healing, releasing, compassion.

Dense fog - mysticism, glamour spells, shielding, protecting via ‘invisibility’.

Heavy wind - Astral travel spells, breaking hard habits, asking for knowledge to come to you.

Meteor Showers - Wishes, luck, adding power to spells.

Eclipses - Banishment spells, destruction of patterns.

_____________________ Now I know I say this every time, but while this can be helpful to those who need it, but nothing is ever required. You don’t have to do your abundance spells in this morning, you don't have to do baneful magic at night. This is simply a way to add a little extra to a spell that you may want to add a punch to.
