what actually is cnc every time i read it i just think it stands for command n conquer even tho that's obviously not it š
hi anon,
cnc stands for "consensual nonconsent," which covers any sexual behaviors where people have consented to acting out nonconsensual behaviors. that could mean playacting rape, assault, stalking, or whatever else the participants want to incorporate.
you know when professional wrestlers beat the shit out of each other but it's cool because their besties who planned the whole thing out earlier? it's like that but with a sexual component.
Don't fuck around with hardcore kink if you won't take it seriously.

Seconding this. It's not fun and it's not cute when you get hurt in a way that can't be fixed. Even if it feel like just pretend to you it is still real life with real people, and can have real consequences.
These are good tags I hope you don't mind me taping them here <3
adding these tags too <3
Hey so uh I don't know if this is like a topic you are comfortable with but I know you made some posts talking about like how to take care of your fat folds and the things that can happen if you don't.
Would you happen to have much info/resources for people with like fupa's (fatty upper pubic areas) that cover or submerge their genitals? I don't think there is much accessible information out there for people who realistically need it.
Are there any good tips, tools or resources out there to help people to properly groom them and keep them maintained? What are the risks of them not being cleaned or properly maintained? Do the methods to clean/maintain differ with the genitals (e.g penis, vagina, genitals altered by surgery/gender affirming care, etc)? Are there different risks for different kinds of genitals (all e.g's in the last question)? Uh idk like good ways/sex toys to masturbate with if they differ if thats not too inappropriate?
Anything else you can think of ig?
I am so glad you asked! Not to worry, this is a topic I'm very comfortable and familiar with. For those who don't already know, I work as a sex educator. I actually have a ton of resources on this already, so I'm excited I get to share them here.
The risks of not keeping the area maintained are skin irritation and a higher risk ofĀ UTIsĀ andĀ other infections, and problems with chafing. For penises specifically, there's a risk of balanitis, which is inflammation and pain on the head of your penis due to bacterial infection and smegma. Some folks also experience erectile dysfunction or painful intercourse.
It's really disappointing that when I researched "treatment" for complications with covered genitals the only results I got were surgeries to remove the fupa. arrrrgh. Had to get a little creative with it, but I've been in fat circles long enough to already have a few ideas. (Shoutout to the feedism community for regularly discussing this topic and putting superfat/infinifat comfort & pleasure first!)
Keeping the area clean and dry is important for reducing irritation and infection. Aim to wash every day if possible. Here's a few ideas to help with washing the area thoroughly in the shower: A high pressure shower head with 5 ft handheld hose can help get hard to reach places anywhere on the body. Youāll want to use low pressure directly on your genital area though. This 19ā Handle bath brush set can help to apply soap.
Avoid using colognes, deodorants, body washes, lotions or moisturizers that contain alcohol and perfumes near your genitals.
Excess smegma encourages the growth of bacteria, but rinsing it out from the foreskin/labia can get rid of it easily. Anti-bacterial genital wipes can also help prevent infections.
If you have a vulva, only wash the external area with warm water. Be careful to not spray water directly into the vagina, as it could rinse away the helpful bacteria that is necessary for fighting infections.
Can't shower every day? Here's a no-rinse total body foam cleanser. It's pH balanced and genital safe. Just apply the cleanser and wipe clean. This wipe applicator grips a wipe (or toilet paper) with a long handle.
Putting some chafing cream between your legs acts as a barrier that reduces friction and sweating to maintain healthy skin and prevent infections. Here's a 16" lotion applicator that can help you with that.
Skincare for fats, a guide by @m3r3k has a lot of great product recommendations for skincare, all of which include the genital area. They also have Step-by-step instructions for taking care of fat rolls and skin folds.
Keeping clean after toileting is made easier with a bidet! You can find one cheap online. Bidet King is more of an investment but has bidet seats specifically for super & infinifats. Portable bidets also exist.
Have trouble inserting menstrual products? TINA: Tampon Insertion Device exists for that!
Staying dry:
Sweat-absorbing groin powder (for scrotums) or Caldesene medicated body powder (for anyone) can be applied with a long-handled powder puff. This seller makes ones with 14ā handles.
Wear cotton underwear over synthetic fabric if possible. Cotton is a lot better at absorbing moisture.
Absorbent wipes and pads can help keep dry as well, anywhere between folds.
Now let's talk fat and disability friendly sex toys! I had this list locked in and ready to go because I compiled it a while ago for my kink blog (it was a very fun googling journey), glad it can benefit the broader fat community!

this is so important.

The wrist bites aren't safe and you shouldn't do them there. I had numbness in my hand for a month after a puppygirl latched too hard on my wrist, please be aware of the anatomy where you bite! Go higher up in the meat of the forearm, it feels better too!
posts from wildlife experts
Fwiw I enjoy recreationally hurting women in ways that are both impermanent and permanently scarring alike, but an important part of risk-awareness in kink is recognizing that "common" acts like impact and biting can cause unintended injury and temporary or permanent loss of function if you aren't safe in your play. Refer to biting and impact maps of the human body, use test bites, have safety and care protocols figured out, be prepared to shut shit down as a pain top if you fuck up and the situation calls for immediate redress and harm reduction.
In the above instance the nerves of my hand/wrist were compressed by bites. In general, avoid joints and their associated tendons and ligaments, because that is where nerves are easiest to compress + damaged ligamenture really hurts and is easy to fuck up itself, too, with too-aggrssive biting in the wrong area.
Shoulders are usually meaty enough to take it without nerve compression, but you should still be careful around the connective tissues there. Do not bite the back of the leg at, just above, or just below the knee, I give 3 inches on either side for safety. Do not bite the wrist or within 3 inches of it. Do not bite the elbow, when you bite the forearm try to have it offset from the visible vascular structures that run through your elbow (bite to the side). Remember that your teeth are sharp and your jaw is powerful and if you tried, you could kill someone with them.
My favorite places to safely bite very fucking hard are the front of the thigh, the chest area, the ribs, meat of the arms but away from the elbow and wrists, meaty parts of the shoulder and upper back, hips and tummy, etc. lots of great places, be safe and have fun you fucking freaks
imagining tgirl david attenborough saying all this in a bulldog harness and a pith helm and NOTHING ELSE
adding onto this, there are certain areas you don't want to hit when doing impact play. many of them are already mentioned above, like the wrists, knees, and other joints, but i think a diagram will also be helpful (from this article)
and if you're doing rope bondage then this article from ropestudy goes over where certain nerves are and what to avoid - again, joints are generally a no-go and meatier parts of the body tend to be safer.
be safe with kink and dont forget aftercare!
Pain in the Ass: A comedy of errors in three parts
There is no one else I can tell this story to so congrats tumblr here we go. Warning for TMI and medical grossness
Part 1
After spending a week or so apart over New Years, I am reunited with my boyfriend. He doesnāt text much, but we did call a few times, but catching up again is so nice.
We are in a bi4bi open relationship. He tells me about meeting up with an old FWB in his hometown. Back in the city he had a Grindr date over to his apartment who ended up just smoking with him and playing untitled goose game, which I find very cute. Meanwhile during my travels I reconciled via text with an ex from an online-only LDR.
Boyfriend stays at my place for about a week as is usual. He had shaved down there as a surprise, and also bought me some chocolate, a bouquet of flowers, and an adorable Pusheen squishmallow. He is a silly romantic and I love him so much.
The only unusual thing is that he wonāt shower with me, which is usually his favorite thing. Apparently he shaved too close and got some pretty bad ingrown hairs. I get him some antibacterial cream and sterilizing spray and tweezers. Heās got some body dysmorphia and is embarrassed and doesnāt want me to see, which makes me sad but I understand.
Part 2
I have very sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder, so I tear very easily. After fucking a ton our first week back together, I have to tap out a few days to let myself heal. But, weāre both into kink and occasionally do anal, so by the end of the weekend I cave and let him fuck me in the ass. We also try wax play for the first time (low heat candles for safety, btw!) Itās hot, weāre both happy, and Iām a little sore after but nowhere near as much as if Iād let him use my pussy.
He has to go back to his place for a while since he like has a job and things. Iām sad but Iāll use the time to like clean my room or finally do laundry or something.
After about a day my ass starts bleeding a bit, and I have terrible aches and chills all over my body. I donāt sleep from Friday until about 1 pm Saturday, then I sleep through to 6 pm Sunday. Itās a weird weekend. My pussy seems to be hurting more too, despite not touching it in days. I am a little worried I am having an allergic reaction to the candle wax, but why would it only be down there and not anywhere else?
Part 3
It reaches the point where I canāt use the bathroom without crying from pain. I start peeing in the bath instead, and then refilling the tub with clean hot water to soothe everything afterwards. I feel around down there and itās definitely covered in bumps. Some are pretty deep inside too.
I take some photos for a closer look, and there are several white pimply-looking sores, and several red open bumps. Googling pretty much just tells me I have herpes. No other ideas. Can you get herpes inside your ass? Absolutely, says the helpful website with the picture of an unpeeled banana photoshopped into a cactus.
I text my boyfriend and ask if he had sex with anyone over break. I know he told me he didnāt, but maybe they did some foreplay or oral or something? Is he sure he has ingrown hairs, are they still not healing?
Yes, he messed around a bit, but they used protection, and so did we. The ingrown hairs are getting worse. Theyāre only on areas that the condom didnāt cover (base of shaft and pubic area). We both get tested. Itās HSV-1, as expected. A day of antivirals and oatmeal baths has my pussy almost fully healed, but my poor ass is going to need some time.
His Grindr date still hasnāt had any symptoms. They had no idea they had herpes until my boyfriend told them.
Morals:
1. Get tested regularly and especially whenever you are intending to sleep with a new partner
2. You donāt need symptoms to spread STIs
3. Condoms donāt protect everything
4. DO NOT have sex if you have open wounds, whatever you think the cause is
We already knew all of this, but we got too comfortable and let our guards down. Now I have herpes in my ass. Do not be like me.
Since they donāt teach gay sex ed in school let me tell gay guys and anyone else that wants to use the back door that douching is bad for you. It will cause long term problems.
Also starving yourself all day will not work because sometimes it can take up to two or three days for something to move through you.
Just eat a bunch of fiber and use the bathroom at least an hour or two before your booty call if you can. If you hate eating fiber just get yourself some fiber pills to take with meals. If you eat enough fiber the section after the colon should remain relatively clean on its own. Just wash the outside part. Not your insides. Those clean themselves.
Also if he shames you for anything that happens by accident in the bedroom and/or refuses to use a condom heās a jerk-wad and an idiot and you should dump him.
Yes! It dries out your colon and makes you moreļæ¼ susceptible to micro-tears in your anal walls and makes it more likely that youāll get constipated. Thereās also a small but real chance that you could get a perforated bowel which is a medical emergency. It also washes away a natural layer of mucus in there which, while gross, is necessary.
Doing it once in a long while is probably fine but itās not necessary unless youāre doing something super intense that goes up into your colon and youāre not willing to clean up afterwards.
If you absolutely must, use clean douching equipment and lukewarm water with a teaspoon of salt per cup of water dissolved in it. The salt mixed in will keep the water from dehydrating you because yeah, thatās another risk of douching. Your body has a very specific balance of salt it wants and plain water will sap away some of that.
Also remember to use lube, kids! It reduces your risk of getting an STD or a minor injury!
Not applicable to me, but I've always been an advocate for inclusive sex education.
Stay safe!
Douching is also bad for vaginas for anyone on this thread with those. They are self-cleaning as well and putting soap up there can mess with your ph balance and increase your risk of yeast infections. Just take a piss before and after sex to avoid a UTI and let your parts take care of themselves.
i mean, didnāt think iād be fighting this fight today, but life surprises you
MASTURBATION IS GOOD
Learn to know your body, your likes and dislikes, your needs and wants! Because when comes the time to have sex with someone else, they appreciate having a map of what to do instead of stressing about it! Everyone is made differently, and no one is gonna know yourself more than you do! Itās your body, so go ahead, be curious, experiment! You can try to read or watch porn! You can try sex toys! You can get a mirror and look at all your nice parts and figure out how youāre made! Sex is already stressful enough as it is, might as well know where youāre going with it! *throws confetti* Your body is amazing, pleasure is great, self-knowledge is the best thing you can get in this life!Ā
Warning- Be safe, be healthy, be clean. Wash your sex toys with boiling water (buy a cheap pot at the dollar store and use it for only that) and antibacterial soap (you can find those at the drugstore). Donāt insert anything that is not meant to be inserted into your vagina or anus or smaller holes. Also, always do it in private (except if your consenting partner is ok with it. Masturbation can be fun with an audience!)
Is it possible to get an STI if both you and your partner are virgins? Ik that they are sexually transmitted obviously but idk if they are a result from sexual acts themselves or only from the virus/bacteria that someone has already caught?
stis always result from viruses, bacteria, or parasites, not from sexual acts themselves.Ā even if you and your partner have never had sex before, itās still important to get tested to be sure about your status, and still a good idea to use barrier methods (especially if pregnancy is possible and an unwanted risk).Ā
also, there are ways to contract stis from people who have not had sex before - many people, for example, have mouth herpes (cold sores) and if someone who has an active cold sore comes into oral contact with another personās genitals, the virus can be passed to the genitals.Ā furthermore, sex is not the only way stis can be passed.Ā many viral stis can also be passed through other bodily fluids (such as blood), so someone who has never had sex can still, for example, contract hiv by coming into contact with the blood of an hiv positive person.Ā Ā
what are some things i can do to prevent getting pregnant? i'm looking for stuff that's not too hard to do (so not iud's or pills)
there are many types of birth control besides iuds and pills - the most common is probably a condom, but other barrier methods include cervical caps and diaphragms.Ā these are less effective than condoms though and do require prescriptions.Ā aside from other hormonal methods which require prescriptions too (such as the patch and nuvarings), withdrawal (pulling out) is unreliable but somewhat effective and tracking your ovulation cycle and trying not to have penetrative vaginal sex with a penis while ovulating is another option.Ā since it sounds like a condom is your best bet at this point, here are some tips for proper use:
-make sure it gets put on correctly the first time! if the outside comes into contact with the penis and then it gets flipped around, itās no longer an effective barrier.
-donāt store it in a glove compartment, wallet, or pocket - heat and friction degrade the material and make it more likely to break.
-make sure it fits! condoms are less likely to break when they fit the penis properly, so try for as good a condom fit as possible.
-donāt ever use more than one at once - this includes not using an external condom on the penis while thereās an internal condom in the vagina/anus.Ā the friction between the layers can cause both layers to break.
-make sure thereās a bit of space (not an air bubble, just a little room) between the tip of the penis and the tip of the condom - this is to prevent the force of ejaculation from breaking the condom.
-condoms are 98% effective when used properly!
Iām upset because I want to change the world but the world is too big and people are too mean
āDo not be daunted by the enormity of the worldās grief. Do justly, now. Love mercy, now. Walk humbly now. You are not obligated to complete the work, but neither are you free to abandon it.ā - Rabbi Tarfon

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS CREAM. TAKE A GOOD LONG LOOK.Ā
MEMORIZE THE PACKAGING SO YOU MAKE SURE YOU NEVER BUY THIS CREAM FOR YOURSELF OR ANYONE YOU LOVE.
This post is about vaginas. My vagina in particular. I get yeast infections pretty regularly, and until recently I was able to afford to see a doctor who could prescribe meĀ fluconazole.
Fluconazole, a drug alsoĀ known by the brand nameĀ Diflucan, is a small pink pill. You take two pills a few days apart from each other to restore balance and harmony to your bountiful folds. Iāve never ever had a bad side effect from taking this pill.
Cut to November 2016. Iām a recent college grad without reliable health care coverage in the process of finding a job. And Iām dealing with a yeast infection. Before I moved out of state, my previous doctor told me about Miconazole. She said it was as effective as the pill and hallelujah, itās over the counter! I decided to purchase the cream pictured above. This treatment only lasted 3 days, a convenient time frame for my schedule.
The application process was a little messy, and some of the cream came in contact with my vulva and labia. Within 5 minutes every piece of skin that had come in contact with the cream, excluding my hands,Ā was on fire. I wanted to scream it was so painful. I began frantically searching for what I should do online.Ā
I found a whole forum of people on drugs.com who had experienced something similar.Ā These comments saved me, and these were just on the first page. There were 33 pages total, the earliest dated July 2009.
I was writhing in pain at 2AM when I found this forum (which I found by searching āmy vagina burn itch hurts after miconazoleā on Google). As soon as I read these comments I threw the devil cream directly into the trash and jumped in the shower. I didnāt feel any actual relief until I reached in and scraped the cream out of me. I paid $17 plus tax on this bullshit, but I could have just as easily ripped up my money or paid someone to not hurt me.Ā
The moral of the story is that vaginal health care is is completely fucked up because we donāt have access to an over the counter cure for yeast infections that is safe for our bodies and also YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY THIS CREAM EVER.
Reblog to save a vagina.
~ Condoms ~ Condoms ~ Condoms ~
OK people, we have a really important thing to say about this. OK. Ready?
If you get antibiotics to treat an STD YOU REALLY GOTTA TAKE ALL OF THEM AS DIRECTED. Even if you feel a bit better, or a sore heals up, or whatever. Seriously. When you do not take all of your meds you may not actually clear up your infection. And what happens then? THIS:
Health officials have been warning us about the threat of āsuper gonorrheaāāa strain of the sexually transmitted disease that is resistant to all known antibioticsāfor over a year. But the superbug is here, much faster than previously anticipated. On Wednesday the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced a cluster of gonorrhea infections that shows both decreased susceptibility to ceftriaxone and very high-level resistance to azithromycin. Itās the first time this superbug has been found in the U.S.
If a trans man wants to wear lacy underwear for their partner, it doesnāt invalidate their gender.
If a trans man decides to take on a more āfeminine roleā during sex, it doesnāt invalidate their gender.
If a trans man wants to be submissive during sex, it doesnāt invalidate their gender.
And if a trans man is too uncomfortable to have sex because of dysphoria, that doesnāt invalidate their gender, either.
Sex positivity for trans men is important. How you express yourself sexually does not invalidate your gender!
