Something that will never cease to amaze me is how greedy and entitled male sexuality is. if you're trying to reach out to ftms but your version of "reaching out" is just mocking them, calling them stupid, patronizing them and just generally refusing to meet them where they're at, you're not reaching out to anyone. you are just venting your spleen on a more accessible target than men.

like critique is one thing but if you're just strolling up to a random person and calling them a dumbass unprovoked that's not outreach. it's more of a hobby. it makes you feel better to call them a dumbass, there's catharsis in it for you. but that's all that's gained from that interaction. no communication of ideas was had. no transfer of information. everyone walks away from that interaction with the same confirmation bias they had going into it.

and honestly, intelligence has nothing to do with trans identification. i was every bit as eloquent and well-read as i am now when i was transgender. i did not identify as ftm because i was stupid. i used my big brain and all its processing power to think big thoughts about transgender theory and postmodernism all day long. it takes a lot of mental resources to rationalize things that don't make sense! research indicates that the factors that make someone vulnerable to cults are linked primarily to:
