Essentially, this is the point of learning about Human Design.
It’s not a whole picture of who you are as a unique human being with personality quirks and likes & dislikes — but it does help you to understand how you “tick”
Human Design helps with things like…
Making decisions (aka learning to listen to your intuition)
Finding acceptance or peace with who you are & HOW you are
Achieving goals in a way that works for your own energetic capabilities
Recognizing unhealthy patterns that need to be broken & why you fall into them in the first place

I’ve been a student of Human Design since 2017 and began using it as a tool to support others in goal setting back in 2019.
As I come to this crossroads in my own life, not sure where to set my goals next — I think a good place to start is the same place I did with so many clients over the years.
Starting tomorrow, I plan to post at least once a day, unpacking details from my Human Design chart.
Like an energetic archaeologist, I’ll uncover the treasures hidden within the BodyGraph I’ve gone over so many times before…
