They enact the violence of the state on its populations every day, even when it isn't about border concentration camps. Moving on the homeless, forcing evictions, fines and jail time for the poor because they stole food to eat, or couldn't pay a fine. or were just needing to get somewhere. That's not even touching on the state backed violence and executions of poc, queer people, neurodivergent people.
