Star Wars Headcanon - Hunter X Depa Billaba (Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle Reference)
Hunter: Depa, you just have to distract them long enough for us to get into the hangar bay.
Depa Billaba: I really don’t think I can, Hunter. I’m a Jedi. I’m not- Like, I’m not one of those girls who jump into things because they’re strong and brave.
Hunter: What are you talking about? You're strong and brave the way you are.
Depa’s face showed a surprised look. She could tell what Hunter was saying was genuine.
Hunter: You could do anything.
Depa had never felt so encouraged like that before. Especially from a cool-headed leader like Hunter. As the two exchange smiles as they stare at each other, Crosshair then jumps in.
Crosshair: That's beautiful, Hunter. Why don't I just go ahead and set you guys with a nice candle light dinner. Or do you guys wanna get the hell out of here?
As Hunter was confused at what Crosshair meant by that, Depa then closed her eyes and took a deep breath before saying.
Depa Billaba: All right. Show me how it's done.
Echo steps forward with confidence.
Echo: Class is in session.
As Echo and Depa walk off to practice, Hunter goes up to Crosshair.
Hunter: Hey. What did you mean by that candlelight-dinner thing?
Crosshair: What are you talking about?
Hunter: You said it, me and Depa candlelight dinner. What does that even mean?
Crosshair: That Jedi is into you, Hunter.
As Crosshair bluntly said it, Hunter was again confused before his face turned red in realization
