I just want to retire to a French village, live in a manor house down the road from a bakery, and have like thirty basset hounds, and spend every early evening in a cafe on the pavement, people watching.  I want to take weekend trips to Paris.  I want volunteer and teach psychology at a school.  I want to bake chocolate in bread, and lend my umbrella to neighbors on rainy days.
