Last mission of Dishonored 2. Instead of coming back to Dunwall in ruins, its beautiful. Rose bushes everywhere, streets of marble. Statues of Delilah are everywhere and the towns people are admiring them. There are no guards cause why would there need to be? Nothing bad happens here.

Its once you get closer that it begins to be off. Get close enough to the roses and you realize that its growing from a corpse of someone who had gone missing the other week. The statues follow everyone, and everyone knows they need to speak nicely about them or else. There are no guards but there are many woman with flowers growing from their skin wandering around. You hear people in hushed whispers trying to break free from the haze they’ve been trapped in.

Imagine Delilah trying to make the world look perfect but everyone knows that underneath, its just wrong

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been coerced into sex because some girl decided that she wanted it, and when I say no she turns it into some kind of criticism of her. Or I’m cheating. Or I’m actually gay. Or she starts groping me and playing with me trying to “get me in the mood”. Or she just won’t take no for an answer. After many years of this you know what I’m left with? Low self esteem, constant bad sex, depression, having all sex now feel like a chore, being terrified that if I have sex with someone I actually *like* then it won’t work out, and the feeling like I CAN’T say NO.

Ladies, “No means No” isn’t just for guys. Some of us have grasped the concept. Time for you to do so as well.

Kittyinva: 1915 Peach evening gown with a silk velvet bodice overlaid with silver beaded swags. Silk-tulle sleeves, light peach charmeuse waistband and skirt, cloth roses and pearl chains hanging from the bodice. This is already dated for us, but I find teens clothing hard to date. Here we can tell it is, indeed, 1915 because there is a natural waist and the skirt is a tiny bit bouffant (so post 1914, pre-1916 when skirts billowed.) From Augusta Auctions.
