Raw Apple Banana Porridge with Walnuts and Cinnamon -Serves 1
1 peeled and sliced Apple
1 sliced Banana
1/2 cup Sprouted Buckwheat Groats
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
4 chopped Dates
Cinnamon
Real Maple Syrup
Put apple, banana and groats on a plate or in a bowl, add dates and walnuts. Top with cinnamon and maple syrup. Enjoy!
