Funny how I tell my roommate I want to see the lease and all the bills I’m paying, and he says we need to talk, but hides away every time I get home. Clearly he’s hiding something.

Exactly how long is it acceptable for a roommate to leave their empties in the sink? Because my roommate has, yet again, left the sink full of his cans.

So this is the third bedroom, and my roommate’s friend’s things. So tell me why I should be paying half the rent when this dude decided to treat this space as a storage unit, and is occupying two rooms?

imo, you occupy two rooms, you pay for two rooms.

When I was in college, my Stage Craft teacher showed us this.  Basically the machine heats up a sheet of plastic, and once it’s malleable enough it’ll be blown up to make room for whatever you want to imprint in the plastic.  Once it’s in place, the air reverses and the plastic vacuum-sucks all around the object.  

He demonstrated it on a baby doll and it was like a baby had been frozen in carbonite.  I got to take it home and I still have frozen-carbonite-baby to this day (his name is Franklin XD)

Oh, sure, now that I’m in the ER for the cough and related issues, the chunky mucus is no where to be found.

This asshole has, yet again, left shit behind the door instead of taking it down to the garbage room, and has left beer cans in the sink. But sure, I'm the entitled one, right?

So I’m on the bus going home last night when some lady decided to sit on my lap. When I said okay, she looked at me like I had done something wrong because I didn’t want her there.

Lady I was there the entire time. You are the one that invaded my personal space

My roommate told me I was entitled because I refuse to pay half the rent when his friend is storing things in the third bedroom. So I told him that since I’m entitled, I want a copy of the lease with the total rent amount I’m paying towards, as well as copies of the utilities and internet bills and proof of payment. Apparently he doesn’t like that.

So lemme get this straight: my guy roommate gets the master with the private bathroom, and his friend is storing things in the third bedroom, and I’m the one that’s acting entitled because I said his friend should be paying rent for June. This is coming from the guy who routinely leaves bags of garbage behind the main door and doesn’t clean up after himself in the kitchen.

Guess my guy roommate is paying for two rooms starting next month since he’s moved into the bigger room with the private bathroom and has stuff in the other one. And if he tries to argue I “owe” half the rent, well, he’s got two bedrooms, so he can pay for two rooms.

Look, I’ve got no room to talk about another person looking fat, but one of the younger female servers looks pregnant enough that customers are asking if she’s pregnant. 🙄😒😐

So the second job I had only lasted a month. But I’ve banked pretty much all of the pay from there until I need it. Kinda annoyed though, because I bought things specifically for that job.
