It's okay to have needs. It's okay to feel deeply. It's okay to not have all the answers. It's okay to not know what's next. It's okay to figure it out as you go. It's okay to admit you were wrong, or that you don't know the answer. It's okay to cry. It's okay to not have it all together. It's okay to need help.
