*attacks Yang out of jelousy because they looked at each other* (obvs jelousy towards Yang)

“So I just wasn’t good enough for you?” (Making Blake feel guilty for choosing someone else)

“what does she even see in you!!!” *As he throws a fit* also he does this after he spots Yang keeping an eye on Blake and egging her to attack him like she did at beacon (showing he considers Yang inferior to him and implying that Blake sees something in Yang. Also when has this kind of phrase not been used to imply someone has romantic interest in someone else?? )

Extra bit from vol. 3 “I will destroy everything you love, starting with her…” ( Uh obvs implying Blake loves Yang)

I think I’m done talking to certain people in this fandom.

“They were attracted to each other, so surely they were meant to be together.”

“Their relationship has been romantic from the start.”

It’s tiring and it’s like trying to talk to a brick wall.  You can’t even post that you love the B/S friendship without someone jumping on your case  I don’t think half of these people are bad people, I just think they’ve just been conditioned to expect man + woman + attraction = romance.

It saddens me they think all the scenes between B/S were a waste of time, because B/S didn’t get together.  They think that the beautiful, supportive friendship that developed between B/S is lesser because it’s not romantic.  

Miles and Kerry did something special here.  They didn’t go down the usual heteronormative route that 99% of media does.  They gave us something different, but because it’s not want was expected, they are called bad writers.

So, yeah, I’m done.  It’s a waste of everyone’s time.  I just want to be happy that Bumbleby love each other, and are this close to being canon.

For anyone wondering what the point of Sun was during Volumes 4 and 5, if they weren’t going to make Blake/Sun a couple, let me explain.

It was to show that men could be helpful, supportive friends to women who were going through emotional trauma.  It showed that men could help women without getting a reward (the woman) at the end.

I know we live in a very hetronormative world and the media we see conditions as to expect people in Blake and Sun’s position to get together, because we see it so often.  That’s why I want to thank Kerry and Miles for not doing this.  They did something different and, in my opinion, something far more beneficial to the young people watching this show.

People were meant to vicerally hate him and we have every right to want him dead. Abuse victims especially have every right to want him dead. Let’s list the reasons why shall we?

Blake was probably about 12 when she left her parents to follow him. It was implied that they were romantically involved despite the fact that Adam was 18 years old. Actual pedophile Adam Taurus.

Killed innocent civilians and when called out on it basically chocks it up to collateral damage

Grooming Blake at a young age. Essentially brainwashed an innocent girl into his radical movement. Kept her isolated from her family by feeding her lies. So he could feel in control.

Heavily implied to have hit her or raised his hands against her in the past.

Blake’s semblance is literally a metaphor for the empty almost out of body feeling abuse victims often experience to disconnect from their abuse. Or as Blake would put it. “An empty copy that takes the hit while i run”

Literally convinced her she was a coward for valuing her own life to the point where she thinks all she’s good for is running away.

We know in the Adam short he straight up guilt trips and gaslights her so that he can remain in control of the situation

Literally tried to kill both her and yang MULTIPLE TIMES. Why? Out of sheer jealous rage and the fact that he lost control of the one person he thought he had on iron grip on.

So basically what I’m saying is. He had to die here. They gave him a chance to back down but he kept coming back for more because he couldn’t stand the thought of not pulling Blake’s strings anymore. An innocent girl. No an innocent child. Who he took advantage of and used.
