another thing i just remembered about the ex-friend who thinks misandry is real. he played a pathfinder character who was the stereotype of a bitchy popular girl and insanely unpleasant to interact with in any capacity, not in a fun or interesting way. one time she tried to fuck an npc, got rejected, and he had her react by throwing a tantrum in character and insulting the npc's dick size. another time she cast a spell that involved insulting the target, and he had her say, "stop being such a miserable little cunt," or something to that effect. that was the only time i'd ever heard him use that word, and to do it exclusively through the conduit of a fictional woman whose primary character traits were being mean and promiscuous felt especially ghoulish. anyways he'd also pat himself on the back for including so many female npcs in our age of ashes campaign.
