Had a bizarre and stressful day at work.

One of my kids had a seizure and I had to call 911. After the worst of it was over, I stepped out to let the security guy in the building know to expect EMS and direct them to my office. In a bizarre coincidence, the folks in the inverted office suite of mine (if I was in 120 they would be in 210) were also having a crisis and had sent someone down to the security desk at the same time.

I can only assume someone at emergency dispatch got confused and decided two phone calls minutes apart to the same address and such similar suite numbers had to be an error, and they only sent one ambulance, so I wound up waiting with this kid and eventually fortunately their parent for like 45 min before deciding this was fucking ridiculous and calling 911 back and asking if we should keep waiting or of they should drive themselves to the ER and they sent a second ambulance which arrived like 15 min later.

Very worried for this poor kid and very annoyed at emergency services because they asked me to clarify my address and I *did* and from what I know we had two completely different medical emergencies but someone still fucked up and things could've been a lot worse.

I think overall there will probably be devastating long term effects on the movie industry from a horror movie based on a youtube video based on a 4chan post making 7 times it's budget on opening weekend but I think the movie itself is probably preddy good
