Since I have stopped poisoning my body with alcohol my life has changed so much for the better, I used it for so long to escape dealing with anything, to relax after long days. I would drink alone, with my headphones in and I loved it, I loved the feeling of it so much that 1 beer would turn into 8 beers and the next morning I would have a hangover, which became every morning. I can’t drink anymore, it’s like my body decided that it can no longer deal with the poison, even if I had 1 or 2 beers I would end up vomiting and be so sick the next day, so I stopped. I am so proud of myself for this, I wake up at 5am every morning feeling good, I can do so much more, none of my days are wasted dealing with awful hangovers anymore instead I go and do amazing things that I know enjoy more. Alcohol is a poision
