Imagine your hunger being like a plant. This plant grows in your stomach and you need to care for it. You have to water it so drink a lot of water. The more you wait the more it grows, the hungrier you are the more elaborate your plant is, flowers, leaves, etc

However, food kills that plant. Whenever you eat, that plant dies more and more. You have to stay hungry for that plant to grow

yogurt with matcha and cocoa powder topped with strawberries and blueberries

baked oats (consists of bananas, oats, and egg whites) with chocolate, almonds, strawberries and blueberries (metabolism day)

toast with cheese, one egg, tomatoes and an iced coffee (post intense workout meal)

banana oatmeal pancakes (banana, oats, egg whites, and a bit of milk) with strawberries and blueberry agave syrup

banana oatmeal pancakes again (i really do love them)

yogurt with oats, honey, and blueberries

i really do love making pretty low cal food :)

sorry for the "bad" take but i fully believe even homeless people who "are lazy" or "aren't trying" to find housing still deserve housing. maybe things were too hard for too long for them and they gave up. maybe they just genuinely don't know where to go. maybe they're chronically ill, mentally ill and/or neurodivergent. maybe they're experiencing severe psychosis and can't "try". maybe they're having a pain flare up. maybe they're going through withdrawals, or are heavily intoxicated to cope with not knowing if they'll have a place to sleep and food to eat. you don't know. you have no clue what they're going through. they deserve to go through it in a home.

and yes this includes homeless people who are "lazy" and do not have any known or diagnosed health conditions that would explain or impede their ability to function and survive. i don't care if it's due to your health or not- you still deserve housing. lazy people are still people.

To this hellsites population,

I would like to ask a few questions about schooling in your country, more specifically region of your country. I want to do this to see how different my country, England (Dorset to be even more specific, which is south/south west, country side), is to other countries.

Questions:

Please put country and state or region so I know where this is coming from, even better if you state if your school was in a city or in the country side, I have seen the difference when the BBC decide to interview students from a big city and nowhere else.

1. How many drills did you have? what were they?

We had one type of drill and it was fire.

2. What was the racial diversity like?

My schools were mostly white, then the next biggest segment was mixed and then any other race.

3. What foreign languages were options?

French, Spanish and German (you had to take one of these three unless you were exempt)

4. Biggest threat or issue in school?

Smoking or vaping and skipping lessons.

5. School start and finish time?

Started at 8:50am, ended at 3:20pm.

We had a fire drill

Our school is about 65% white, next biggest probably south asian, then black then chinese

3. What foreign languages were options

German, French, Spanish and Mandarin but when you start high school you either get put in the French and German half or the Spanish and Mandarin half and you need to wait till 3rd year to switch, you also need to take 2 languages till 3rd year and 1 language till 5th year unless exempt. You can also take classes in gaelic if you attended a gaelic primary school.

4. Biggest threat or issue in school

Probably people smoking weed

Start at 8:40 finish at 15:40

I was really deep into truscum tumblr in 2020 and I definitely still hold a lot of exclus beliefs but I just can't with any kind of discourse on tumblr anymore because at this point it's basically just teenage trans guys sending each other death threats and arguing over which side has more furries, homestucks or cringe dsmp fans instead of any kind of logical debate
