Just a psa, my cancer has gotten worse and I may need a second spinal surgery so I could be awol for a while. I have an emergency scan in the morning and a neurosurgeon and several oncologists are gonna discuss the best options.

Ah thank you <3 it’s the same cancer I had when I was 4 so thankfully at least I know what i’m dealing with. But it’s very stubborn and so far 6 cycles of chemo haven’t really done anything. So now I have to wait because there’s a few types of radiotherapy I can have but it needs meticulous planning.
I’m doing okay though! I was paralyzed again a few months back and now I can walk pretty far with my cane so at least I have movement c: i’m a tough cookie!
My chemotherapy is done for now! And I have about a month before I start radiotherapy So it’s nice to have a break from hospital!
Somehow, he could understand what she really meant and yet again it fell over his REPUTATION. It was something by now that he couldn’t really change but he started to ignore it as the time passed, being aware that the people around him knew how he really was. “I get where you are coming from though.” He siply said shrugging, not really paying much attention to it. “Sometimes you need a hand.” Added as a light smile curled up on his face.
Ren as well wasn’t necessarily used to this either. As her, he was LONELY but he still was willing to offer a hand to those who needed even if it didn’t seem like it. Yet again, he lived inside a facade still not being able to show how caring he could be. He didn’t really mind if Emiko was just an acquaintance, she was freezing right in front of his eyes the last thing he could do was helping her.
“I never though it was unappreciated, don’t think much about it. Leet’s go for that coffee. It’s on me.”
A small sniffle, though choosing to ignore it in hopes it wouldn’t develop into a fully formed cold. That wouldn’t have done any good. Still, she appreciated the little things he was doing, though was trying not to have anything to say about him paying. There were better ways than just outright saying she’d pay for it.
“Okay, but if there’s a next time then i’m buying.”
That would suffice. Emiko wasn’t expecting a next time but the offer would be there all the same. It was only fair, really. And after all this she hadn’t want to seem rude. She was a work in a progress, getting used to socialising more and getting to know the people around her rather than being stuck in her own little bubble, convinced everyone was out to get her.

——♬*,’. She’s was really playing an act at first that she didn’t even want this boy to even had stopped and tried to budge in her problems. The only thing he can’t accept is her being unhappy. Most of the things that his girl might open up to him with are only for the sake to maybe cheer her up on life’s prospective. He’s face grew shocked and blankness as she replied to his remark about the children. Just by her choice of words he could read from her lips that she must’ve not had a decent childhood as wished. If that’s the case, its not good at all! He wasn’t going to let the first phrase bother him, but when the female plopped a seat beside him, she gifted more replied to his ear.
‘ People don’t have to smile all the time you know. ‘ ‘ It’s exhausting. ‘ ‘ And it’s a lie. ’
Why is she saying all these poor things? She seems too innocent and fragile. Otoya always tries to do his very best to put himself in other’s shoes when it comes to problem solving. Just with a small judge, she wasn’t interested in cookies. Maybe she only said that to scare him off? It wasn’t going to work on him, not until she could at least help this poor soul out. This girl’s problem is maybe just a look at things the happy way.
“Hmm…. a smile…. is that what you wish to have…? Smiles come in many shapes and sizes from what I’ve seen…. Y-You’re just probably struggling finding ‘your smile’. Hahaha I know it sounds weird and preachy but…. Its basically figuring out who you are! A-And you probably are struggling with that. Lucky for you, I can help you grin! Hopefully…..”
He still, and forever more, with a topic like smiles, he is an expert. Ittoki is only a little saddened at this speech cause it didn’t sound as inspirational as what he really meant. Swinging and kicking his feet playful on the bench, he waited for a response from her while nibbling the bag of cookies.
Find her smile? What was that even supposed to mean? A frown fell over her features, chewing the inside of her cheek as the redhead next to her made it sound like the simplest process on the planet. But Emiko had tried so hard to be positive, especially as a child, yet it never seemed to work and it somehow became easier to just be alone. That way the only person who could disappoint her was herself. It baffled her how someone could be so positive all the time.
“Help me? How? You have no idea what i’m going through and...it’s nothing personal but I don’t exactly take therapy sessions from people I just met on the street. And it’s not like I have anything to offer you...”
“Besides, it’s not that easy. Things like this don’t just go away overnight. You live a certain way and it’s difficult to change. Plus how would even balance anything with all the work I have? I have a performance in a few days and I can’t just not do it...”
A deep sigh, pushing back some of her hair as she slumped against the seat. This was impossible, she was getting nowhere fast and she had no idea how this boy could possibly offer her anything. Perhaps she was just meant to be like this, unsure of herself, secretly wishing to be close to someone but too scared to do so in case she got hurt. There was no way he could understand something like that, right?
“Don’t you have anything better to do? People don’t just stop and help others in the middle of the street.”

hELLO THERE! it’s me, nath, and wow i can’t believe it’s only been three months since i’ve made this blog?? it feels like a lot more tbh. it’s funny because i was kind of hesitant before making this blog thinking i’d just end up abandoning it after a week but !! i didn’t and here i am trying to write this thing pff well, anyway. i met so many cool people here, made friends, had some fun interactions – it was different starting a blog with fandomless ocs after coming from a canon blog but you guys were all so nice and welcoming and i really appreciate that! i feel really comfortable coming here everyday and i’m really happy i made this blog and i got to develop more of my girls. i hope you are all enjoying them as much as i do! and i hope we can have more fun here together too, thanks for following me and staying ♥

Otoya will admit, he maybe would react the same too if a random man on a bike had stop along side and offered to emotional talk things out with cookies? Ittoki just wanted to help! At least she looked as if she was struggling. Maybe he is going a little over board, but he can’t give up unless she declines. He shuffled the bag of cookies in his lap and patted the empty seat on the bench beside him, friendly.
“Hmmmm…… You’re right. I don’t know you! But i could LEARN or GET to know you…!”
She definitely was showing a complexion that was iffy about this setting,, once again he wont leave her until she full declines. His eyes grew curious and surprised as her mood and tone dropped more to words she gifted the situation.
“There’s….. nothing more you can do….? Well I wouldn’t know if maybe you’d wanna sit and talk about it…..!! the kids at my orphanage always have problems and struggles like…. I guess being parent-less is a life problem… b-but they are still really happy kids! One thing that gets bothered to them I don’t think they should have a reason to stop their smiles…!!”
Happy and proud kinda of his words, he shifted in a bubbly manner on the bench. Fingers fumbling at the plastic bag of cookies, they sunk down with a soft smile. Maybe this will lure the girl into a talk.
Emiko couldn’t process it. The thought that someone would want to just randomly get to know her when she purposely pushed people away. And to make matters worse he just kept mentioning kids and an orphanage.
‘ I guess being parent-less is a life problem ’
Taking a step back at his words, gnawing at the inside of her cheek as she bottled the pang of anger she felt. Her parents weren’t dead, but they may as well have been. Her father was nothing more than a painful memory, and her mother felt like a ghost. She had left everything behind and buried it to try start anew. But old problems had merely been replaced with new ones.
“They’re just kids, they don’t know any better. And they all have each other at least.”
This guy wasn’t going to give up though, was he? With a deep sigh the brunette begrudgingly took up the empty seat next to him; though she was hardly going to tell her life story to some random person that decided to stick their nose in. Perhaps if she told him something he’d be satisfied and leave her alone. He didn’t need to get involved.
